Functionally, I use this tape to control my mouth-breathing during sleep. Before using this tape, I used to wake up with a dry mouth nearly every night. I had to sleep with a bottle of water beside my bed because of how hard and dry my tongue would become. Ever since using this tape, I've been getting many more full nights of sleep. Not only this, but my sleep has been deeper, and my nasal congestion has greatly improved. I now try to carry this tape with me if I'm staying away from home; it's just that good. Great stuff this. If you usually find that skin adhesive tapes give you a bad skin reaction, give this a try. It even adheres to my eczematous outbreaks without issue. I use it to help stick the pads from the TENS machine I have to use on my thigh, increasing their nature adhesion 10 fold. Very easy to use as it tears with great ease. I have been using this tape for around 2 weeks now and can already see and feel a difference. I use it around 4 nights a week. The tape sticks very well to clean skin and doesn’t budge throughout the night but I’ve found it quite uncomfortable to sleep with over my mouth as it has no stretch at all. I instead tape around my mouth and this stops me from mouth breathing while still giving me some movement. It trains your muscles to not scrunch up after you take it off too. My face feels nice and tight so I don’t cross my forehead throughout the day like I usually do. I tape my forehead, around eyes and sometimes smile lines also. I am only 21 so using this as a preventative measure mostly. It’s very cost effective when compared to other face tapes and I think these 4 rolls will last me months. The tape rips in nice straight lines without the need for scissors which makes application super easy. My only gripe is that it leaves a super sticky residue when you take it off in the mornings so I need to wash my face pretty well. A plus side to the stickiness is that it takes all the peach fuzz off your face and exfoliates it super smooth! My partner used it for a single night to try it out too and we took a before and after photo. You can see how much of a difference it made in only 8 hours! The top crease on his forehead drastically reduced and the smaller ones at the bottom did too.

Great tape sticks well

Good value and good quality tape, it’s the right size and it does the job but the adhesive is way too strong to use as a mouth tape on a woman! It’s fine for my husband and it’s easy to use but it is painful for me to remove it in the morning.
