Replaced a bread knife that I have had for too many years. This one is a pleasure to use.

For the price, compared to other bread knives, we were skeptical of its ability to cut sourdough bread, which is very crusty. It did a surprisingly good job.

Cut my sour dough very easily. Fits comfortably in my hand.

This bread knife is amazingly sharp. I use it for my sourdough bread and it slices through that crust very easily. However be careful with your fingers. Highly recommended for people who love to bake their own bread.

I make several loaves of sandwich bread per week, plus a few crusty loaves of sourdough. I was used to my old bread knives, but saw Ben Starr recommending this knife on one of his sourdough videos.I was amazed with how easily my bread sliced! For the soft sandwich bread, it only took about 2 strokes per slice! There were very few crumbs, shockingly. I sliced a whole loaf and was so happy with how quickly it sliced and how little mess it made. We also got another one for my friend, for her birthday. I think she's going to be as thrilled as I am.The guy said it's a good idea to replace your bread knife every 2 years, so I'll be doing that in the future. A sharp bread knife is a game changer!
