My Boxer babe smells like baby powder. Didn’t irritate her or my skin (I have eczema). Good product!

used this Puppy Shampoo on my 10 year old pure bred mutt, Sami. She has beautiful, longish strawberry blonde locks that tend towards tangles (She has hair, not fur) & EXTREMELY itchy & ridiculously sensitive skin that is mostly allergy related.This Rosen Apothecary shampoo has lots of pretty great, really yummy ingredients that are historically good for reducing skin itchiness & irritation in dogs & contribute to softer hair/fur & fewer tangles. But often times, it’s more about what you put IN your dog, rather than what goes on the outside, that determines how well itchiness is resolved. ( for example, I use a couple pumps of fish oil in Sami’s food & that’s been extremely helpful in reducing her itchie - scratchies. Also added a probiotic specifically for itching, but don’t know if that’s helping yet or not) Anyway….The shampoo smells great & lathers up well. I always pump some shampoo into my hand, mix with a little water & then apply to dog. This helps use less shampoo & makes it much easier to move the soap around. It doesn’t seem to irritate her eyes & although shampoo is gentle, it’s strong enough to get her face REALLY clean & easily cleaned those stubborn “eye goobers”. Also cleans those very muddy, winter rain paws!🐾 After her baths, Sami’s hair is SUPER SOFT & her skin seems to be less itchy for a few days afterwards. Given her seriously sensitive skin & allergies, it’s almost impossible to know what works &/or what doesn’t, but we love the respite from the itchie-scratchies, even if only temporarily. Smells nice

I recently learned that the reason my dog smells like Fritos is an overgrowth of yeast on his coat. Unfortunatly the only thing you can do is bathe them often, so you need a gentle shampoo that won't dry their skin out. This has been fantastic so far. It helps with the itchies, gets him clean and doesn't dry his skin out. I really like the packaging too!

This shampoo works really nice but requires 4-5 pumps for our 13 lbs. Yorkie. If you get a foamer, that would work to help you elongate the use of the shampoo. The shampoo definitely increases the softness and fluffiness of her hair.

This is an over perfumed soap. It smells awful and I wouldn’t buy this again.

This shampoo is wonderful! For reference, I have a cream-colored apricot toy poodle who doesn't love baths. I have also used most of the "natural" dog shampoos on the market - a fancy show dog one, Burt's Bees and Nature's Miracle, to name a few, just for comparison.Why I Love This Shampoo:-- Tear Stains! I did not have any expectation that this would work on tear stains because nothing really has, but after shampooing my dog with this, her tear stains are all but gone. I have spent so much money on tear stain products - including crazy expensive ones for show dogs - and nothing has come close to the results I get with this. I honestly can't believe it.-- The Scent. It's got a baby powder scent. It's a good thing that I like that scent because it lasts a long time - longer than most of the other shampoos I've used.-- It Rinses Out Quickly. My dog hates baths, so the sooner she is done, the better. Because poodles have thick, curly coats, rinsing is usually a fairly long process to ensure than all of the soap is out. This product rinses out more quickly than any shampoo I have used.-- No Signs of Irritation. My pup seems perfectly happy after her baths - no eye rubbing or any behavior that indicates discomfort at all.-- I like that it is made in the USThis shampoo helps with tangles but it does not take care of mats from poodle hair, and I have never found a shampoo that does. There is a specialty product for that that works, but not without a lot of extra work. Based on how well this shampoo works, I'm going to try the Conditioner from this line.I am absolutely in love with this shampoo. It is the best I have ever used.

This 5 in 1 itch relief puppy shampoo has a nice pleasant light fresh scent. I have used this shampoo a few times now to bathe our Goldendoodle puppy and he has tolerated it very well which is really great. I love this has a tearless formula that is safe for our puppy. I also like that it's made in the USA. It appears to help alleviate some of his itching & it makes his fur feel soft. It lathers up nicely and rinses off well. I would definitely recommend this product for bathing your sweet puppy!
