The strips work. However I'm not a smoker or a heavy drinker but do have a sweet tooth. Lately I've noticed my teeth were looking a little stained. Trips to the dentist confirmed my teeth are healthy and the colouring is a mix of stains and a strong dentine. Which is typically grey or yellow. After one application I noticed my teeth were very shiny and smooth. After the second I recognised a difference but chalked it up to placebo but I'm on day 3 and 4 applications in. At this point there is now a distinctive white on my teeth with a fine stained bored right by the gum, this is the best I've seen it trying tooth pastes etc. In general my teeth just feel much cleaner. My application method was to brush before applying, rinsing thoroughly, applying the strip and removing after 30 mins. Once the strips are wet the gum becomes sticky allowing you to press the strip to ensure complete contact with the front of your teeth and will stay in place. The strips will only cover teeth visible so you may need to apply multiple if your looking To do all your teeth. Of course there are full dental dam application kits available that may do this better. For £8 these are a great buy. For me I was going to try these then consult on whitening, now I'm inclined to try one of the blue light dental dam kits. Of course nothing will beat professionally applied peroxidesbut these are probably a good maintenance plan for anyone who's already gone down that route

Works perfect on my teeth and gets them 2 shades lighter, horrible taste though and a total faff to get all the gloopy stuff off your teeth after but I will continue using as it does work. My wife used them and it made her teeth look stripey, totally messes them up so I'd be careful and maybe do a patch test first where you can't see your tooth

I liked them, 1st time had them on, I did notice a difference. Only problem is the taste, it's bogin! Next time I'll maybe put a mint in my mouth. && at 1st pretty awkward to get them on your teeth at 1st, quite slippery! But probably get used to them! But overall happy!!

Absolutely terrible product, they stick mostly to plastic sheet and even if you do manage to get into your mouth they get stuck to every place apart from your teeth! Have tried six from the packet so it’s not just a one off! Very disappointed

Before I bought these strips I read all the reviews, and since nearly all of them were positive (and the product was fairly inexpensive) I decided to give it a go. I genuinely wish I'd tried these years ago! I've only used these twice (yesterday and today) but since the first application you could definitely see a difference in the shade of my teeth. After my second application I was even more impressed, because my teeth haven't looked this white in years probably! This works extremely well, and since it whites very well even after just a couple applications, I reckon this pack of 28 strips could last quite a while, as you can use it until you achieve the desired whiteness, and then just maintain that by using it every few weeks probably. Only downside: some parts of the teeth whiten quicker than others, so the whitening isn't fully even. However it isn't very noticeable (you'd have to look super carefully to ever spot it), and from what I read it seems like practically all whitening strips do that to some extent. Overall I highly reccomend this product, as it didn't make my teeth sensitive so far, it worked very effectively, and it's great value.

The product is great for removing your days worth of tea/coffee stain but no more than that unfortunately. May be better to go with the more expensive Crest 3D strips.

I'm still using the strips and haven't finished the course though first impressions are very good. The package arrived promptly, safely (and not overly) packaged. I follow the advice both on the strips (re not cleaning teeth beforehand) and online (better to 'dry' teeth off with a tissue before application to help them stick). I found that this way they adhered better and fortunately for me I didn't have to lay down to prevent salivating. Just being mindful to keep my lips pressed over the strips for 30 minutes, and being able to fold the excess over, helped. Noted the improvement after one application (am going through a *very* busy time at work and can't always have a usual second brushing before bed (the sad state of 'live' at the moment!). Worked for me and I have used the 10-minute 'tray' type whiteners too in the past. Found these less intrusive, not sensitivity, and will complete the course.

The product was relatively easy to use with straightforward instructions. Minor changes to the colour of my teeth though, if any at all.
