Good tool to separate the coconut meat from shell.
Flexible enough to go under the meat and separate the meat from the shell. Go around the coconut until it is ready to pull out of the hole.

not as easy as i thought
the material is plastic which makes it very soft. it's very hard to insert between the coconut's meat and shell. i have to buy a steel opener finally to make it works.
