Fantastic product, easy to use, straight out of the box. The USC to lightening adapter which is included, is a huge bonus and means when travelling I can easily take just one lead now instead of two, to charge both my iPhone and ipad. The charger comes in a neat, small box you could store it in for portability and I love it glows blue when first attached. Magnet appears to be sturdy and connects really well and I have hopes this is going to be one charger I don’t need to replace anytime soon. I was a little skeptical at first because of the low price, but this magnetic wireless charger has exceeded my expectations. Okay this works really well for charging. Despite the supposed low volts, it charges your phone really fast. I don’t think this is specific to iPhone, but it does charge one really well. I have a slight problem with it though, if you are to use this, make sure you’re using a MagSafe case or some kind of protection on your device. As this magnet charger will leave marks on your phone is you use it without any protection on it. On the charger when you receive it, it comes clean with no markings on it, but after a week of use, the areas where the magnets are, you’ll start to see circular marks on both the charger and the phone. But PLEASE, use a phone case to protect your device as the markings on the case gets fairly bad. It’s still a great charger though and if I was to put my money into buying another one, this one would be it.

Work really well on my iPhone 17 Pro

As it is now over a month since I emailed my detailed complaint regarding how this item stopped working only a few months after I purchased it and I still haven't received a reply, I feel justified in writing this negative review. The product worked well for a couple of months, but now acts like its working (lights up and pings to register connection) but the previous energetic whirring sound that assured it was working is now distinctly languid, and the percentage on the battery monitor just doesn't change - if it was 7% when I started charging, it is still 7% 2 hours later. All production lines make the odd duff product now and again so this is understandable, but I find it objectionable that the company (who made such a thing about their product warranty) should make absolutely no effort to reply whatsoever.

I have always wanted a wireless charger, just for the convenience of putting your device on it and leave until it fully charged and so, I liked the look of this and bought it, as it looked great value for money. It is very light and connects well to my PD charger (as suggested) and for a couple of days, I was happy with it. However, after a few days of use, I started to notice how hot my iPhone 17 was getting during charging and I took it off. A previous experience raised the glass as it expanded the battery and I wasn’t allowing this to happen. I then put my brand new AirPods4 onto the charger and after only a short time, my AirPods case was very hot. I seriously thought that it had melted the AirPods inside the case. Sorry but I am not taking any chances with my expensive devices and returning for a refund.

Can’t comment on longevity but they work well now. Good solid ‘snap’ to the back of your phone as the device locates itself on MagSafe case. Great magnets works well with Otterbox case! Lights confirm charging has started. Would buy again.
