Grip Strength Trainer Set, 1 Pack, 200LB, Wrist Forearm Strengthener, Metal No Slip, Hand Grip Gripper Strengthener for Strength Training and Exercise, Hand Workout Squeezer

I picked up the Grip Strength Trainer Set (50–300LB) thinking it would be a fun challenge for my forearms—and it turned into a full-blown test of willpower and tendon grit. This isn’t your average hand squeezer. It’s a six-pack of metal monsters, each calibrated to a different resistance level: 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 pounds. That range means you can start with a warm-up and end with a personal reckoning. The build is solid aluminum, and it feels like gym equipment, not a toy. Each gripper has a knurled handle that’s engraved for extra grip, so even sweaty palms won’t slip. I’ve used chalk, gloves, and bare hands—these things hold firm. The resistance is real. At 100LB, you’re already feeling the burn. At 300LB, you’re basically arm-wrestling a hydraulic press. What I love is how modular the set feels. I keep the lower-resistance grippers at my desk for casual reps during work, and the heavier ones in my gym bag for serious training. It’s not just for lifters—climbers, musicians, gamers, and anyone recovering from wrist or hand injuries can benefit from the progressive load system. I’ve noticed improved grip endurance during deadlifts and better control during barbell rows. Even my handwriting feels more stable. The set also comes with grip tape for extra comfort, and the packaging is surprisingly compact for six heavy-duty tools. Whether you’re building crushing strength or just trying to open jars with dignity, this set delivers.

Awesome buy. THESE THINGS WORK. I'd seen other people use them before, but I didn't think they'd be MORE EFFECTIVE than the adjustable 90 lbs strength grippers. I got this just for fun. Quickly went from the 100 lbs grip to the 150 lbs grip. Tried the 300 lbs grip in the beginning, couldn't budge it. I just kept squeezing 150 lbs grip when at my computer, or when at the stoplight when driving, over and over (hands would hurt for 1 or 2 days afterwards). I kept using them, next thing I know, the 200 lbs grip is my easy weight, the 250 lbs is my normal weight (I can almost grip it all the way together), and I can now grip the 300 lbs grip about halfway. I could never do that before. AND that 90 pound adjustable grip... I put it on max setting, and squeeze it like it's nothing now. These are DEFINITELY a good buy. I squeeze them for 10 grips, then slowly let out the last grip for 5-10 seconds. Each hands. 50-100 reps throughout the day. They Work!!

Brought these to the office for when we get annoyed during Teams meetings. Forearm/grip strength and camaraderie are both reaching new peaks!

They seem well made. The knurling is mild, but sufficient. The open position is a bit wide for anyone with medium or short fingers, but should be manageable for most men, though it may be a bit of a hassle to get a good starting grip for many women. The jumps in closing force needed are not optimized, and I don't think the weights are accurate. The Jump from Blue (150lbs) to Red (200lbs) seems larger than the jumps from 50 to 100 to 150. Even if you can do 30 or 40 good reps of the Blue, you might not be able to close the Red once. An intermediate weight would be preferable. I imagine very few people will ever close the Gold (300lbs), so it should be replaced with one at 175 to facilitate a smoother progression. But, that said, they serve their purpose pretty well, and are an excellent value for the money.

Bought for my husband and he absolutely loves them! Quality is good but the grips were hard to get on and then tore trying. Other than that they are completely worth it

Numbers mean nothing - but the numbers are guides to increasing resistance. Grips comes with push on softeners; wide variation in resistance grades is excellent. Easy to use, effective muscle isolation. I have strong forearms - there are two I simply cannot budge. Use every day; durable, easy to grip; light weight. I like the design.

This grip strength trainer set is well built and does exactly what it's supposed to do. The adjustable resistance from 50 to 300lbs makes it easy to use whether you're just starting out or already have decent grip strength. The handle feels comfortable in the hand, and the adjustment dial works smoothly without slipping. I like that it also targets the wrist and forearm, not just grip, so it's been useful for overall arm strength and recovery. It's compact enough to use at home, at work, or while watching TV.

I’m not sure these are accurate for the weights. Put them up to others and they are way stiffer then the others side by side.
