XSTEADY Mount Plate Adapter for Gopro Hero 6/5/4/3/3+ and Similar Size Sports Camera Smartphone Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer Accessories

I purchased this in hopes that I could somehow make accommodations for it to fit a GoPro Session 5. If the posts were longer by even a centimeter, it would work. Still the workmanship on this device is excellent. The post are in fact specific to this device. I wish it wasn't proprietary but I get it, in any event for anything else I'm certain the balance of this device would work fantastic. For the price I'm keeping it because I'll probably end up with a Yi or some other device by GoPro that will fit it later.

It works the purpose made. It does get a little on the heavy side when you are moving left to right in a gimbal/stabilizer, so watch for tilt. Other than that it gets the task done !

Works great. No problems with balancing. Would have given 5 stars but it didn't include any instructions. Installation is simple, but it's possible to install your camera backwards!

One of the bracket holes was not completely threaded. The screw would not seat completely. I ran a 3-48 tap in the hole. Now it works.

It will not balance in the gimbal as advertised. I wish I had gotten one that had a more offset counter weight front to back. It fits well and balanced end to end but the gimbal struggles to keep the camera from rolling front to back.

It works great for the sole purpose of stabilizing the camera. You have to play around with it when setting up because if you attach it the way it's supposed to, part of the gimbal can be seen on the camera. You can flip the camera and plate around or zoom in closer (not using the "wide lens").

The screws that clamp it are too short by a 1/4”. Title says “session” which doesn’t fit. Build quality is nice though.

Die Adapterplatte nutze ich zusammen mit einer QUMOX SJ4000 und einem Gimbal FeiyuTech Vimble 2. Die Kamera ist angeblich von den äußeren Maßen baugleich mit einer GoPro.Pro:* Kamera passt gut in die Aussparung - diese könnte vielleicht etwas kleiner sein.* Produkt ist komplett aus Alu gefertigt und fühlt sich auf den Oberflächen durchaus wertig an* Stabilität ist gut, überlebt auch einen Fall aus 2m Höhe ohne wesentlich zu verformen oder beschädigen* Gewicht ist auch noch OKContra:* Der Haltebügel und die Kameraeinfassung ist leider ohne eine schützende Gummieinlage, was an der Kamera unschöne Kratzspuren hinterlassen kann. Abhilfe schafft hier ein wenig Schrumpfschlauch und eine eigens zugeschnittene und eingeklebte dünne Gummifolie*Alle Kanten der Platte und des Bügels sind sehr gering angefast und fühlen sich scharfkantig anIm großen und ganzen ist das Produkt aber durchaus OK und der Preis geht in Ordnung. Ich würde es wieder kaufen.

Die Yi 4k und damit auch die Yi 4K plus passen nicht. Beide Geräte sind minimal zu groß. Daher für mich nutzlos und geht zurück.Das Produkt sieht hochwertig aus und ist aus Aluminium gefertigt. Die Passgenauigkeit einer Schraube war nicht so toll und ging nur schwer rein.Was mich ebenfalls störte, bei meinem Gimbal (Gimpro) und korrektem Einlegen des Adapter, würde man im Viewmode "weit" (was erwartbar wäre) aber auch in "mittel" und minimal in "eng" die Arme des Gimbal sehen.Diese Punkte ergeben für mich nur zwei Sterne. Bitte bedenke, das gilt für mich in Verbindung mit der Yi4k. Mit einer anderen Actioncam würde es wohl ein anderes Ergebnis geben.

Sehr schweres Material Die Kamera Tasten sind verdeckt und nicht verfügbar . Plus ist das Display ist bedienbar . Mit handfeststellbare schraube ohne werkzeug . 1 Stern Abzug weil Tasten nicht bedienbar sind .

Does not fit Yi Lite and one of the treads was improperly machined, resulting in the mounting bolt not being able to be fully engaged. Returned this item.

Work with any stavilizer, only problem: it's pretty heavy = stabilizer is gonna have no battery very soon.But works perfectly
