there is much of interest here and also much that can be useful. I am going to be using a lot ...
This book, written by a strength athlete from a different era has much wisdom in it's pages. Some of the exercises I have not seen before. Some of the exercises would be classed as unsafe by todays standards. One of these was doing the equivalent of a lying leg press machine, but without the machine and balancing a barbell across your feet and pushing up with your legs. However, there is much of interest here and also much that can be useful. I am going to be using a lot of this information in my training.

A classic
An absolute classic and a foundation of a movement. You do need to read this with modern glasses on as some of the exercises can cause issues.Well written and definitely worth a read for anyone interested in fitness.

very interesting read
Took just over a week to come as this wasn't Prime eligible, slightly annoying I had to pay for postage but not exactly the end of the world. The book itself is very interesting, well worth a read if you're interested in any kind of weightlifting or physical culture, Georg Hackenschmidt was obviously a highly intelligent individual as well as champion weightlifter and wrestler. Gives a real contrast to the kind of broscience in magazines and all over the internet today.Unfortunately as this is a reprint of an older book there are a few typos or missprinted words etc. Also the prints of the old pictures look a bit shoddy sometimes, I've seen most of the same pictures online too so it's not like they are no longer available in good quality. However, this has nothing to do with the author, and isn't frequent enough to spoil the read.I would recommend this book to anyone interested in sport really, it just offers something completely different yet reliable.

Some excellent tips and advice how to live a good life ...
Some excellent tips and advice how to live a good life and lift heavy. Goes a bit more into his career history as opposed to "how to lift" but worth reading a few times. What a physique this guy had. Again, lifting superhuman weights no roids

Poor print quality, avoid.
The media could not be loaded. Cheap setting/arranging. The book looks like it was made with powerpoint. The inside photos are also very low quality. The uploaded photos don't do it justice due to my phones auto correct, but the illustrations are very faded and low res. Other photos are again low res, and much darker than the photos provided.Shame when you can get better quality by finding the pdf and printing at home.

Inspirant
