Good package less than required dose
Good product great packaging not sure effectiveness as minimum recommended daily dosage is 6000FU. I took this because of a positive calcium score however it’s bit blind faith now.

A good place to start
At 2K FU, you need 5 of these capsules everyday to make a reasonable impact on your cardiovascular health - particularly, if you've a unstable plaque. Yet, it is a good place to start, while you find out a 10K FU capsule. As with any new age marketeer, origins has focused heavily on packaging rather than content, which is such a meh. Capsules themselves are small making it easy to consume. Absence of vitamin K makes for a good quality that will prevent any side effects. Hence, go for it, but look out for 10K FU option.
