Sabichi Spatula, Silicone, Grey, Small

Arrived falling apart, and it's pretty obvious why.This product is made of two pieces of silicone and one wooden stick. The wooden stick is very smooth. Even in the ends of the wood that go into the silicone handle and spatula. There's no other mechanism keeping these pieces together, no nail or glue or... anything.Unsurprisingly, the silicone ends just pull straight off with a light tug, as pictured. The handle rotates, which is exactly what I don't need if I'm trying to stir something.Unless you're a fan of brewing tea in a chocolate teapot, this is NOT the spatula for you.

I'd assumed that both ends would be silicone and thus heat resistant... not so. Despite looking similar to the eye, the handle is either rubber or soft plastic, and should you leave this leaning against the edge of the pan, it will melt.The business end is fine, but this is not a spatula for those of us who wander off while things simmer.

Good value for money, easy to clean.Gets all the sauce off the pot when serving, and is rigid enough to serve the sauce (some others we've tried are too floppy for this, and more suited to baking).

I use this to scrape out most of my jars of sauces and peanut butter etc, to make sure that I get just about everything out as thing's are now increasingly expensive.

I do like this .. I had one before and gave it away .. because I did not need it but when I came across it again I had to buy it .. I do like the the make .. I would buy again

Great lroducy only for the rubber grip not being made of the same silicone as the spatula head. If the handle is left on the edge of a hot frying pan it will melt.Edit:After one months use I notice that the rubber grip now slides from the wooden handle. 4/5 stars

i wanted small and ordered small. the large are not suitable for scraping or mixing. the handle is sturdy but the spoon is too soft and too pliable. as such it does not meet my needs for a more compliant kitchen tool.dr silver.

I know it’s only a spatula but it took me ages to find a really study one of this size and quality. I love it
