I was not overly thrilled upon receipt of my initial order which had obviously beaten quality control. However, and strangely enough, about one week later, I received completely unbidden, a second item which is complete. This speaks volumes for the vendor's customer service and could be copied by many bigger organisations. To date I have made neither cake nor pizza to put the lifter to the test.6Sept 18Being short of something to do I passed an hour throwing a cake together. Primarily brought this item for transferring bread dough to the oven, But recently found that it is also useful for sliding between and separating my homemade tart from the tart tin bottom, and I'm sure there will be other things along the way that it will come in useful for. So a nifty little product all round.

Brilliant. Bought to transfer pizzas on and off our cadac pizza stone. Works a treat, highly recommended!!
