I once and a while will get a pimple due to hormones, too much sweat or sunscreen in hot weather or dirty hair. This clears it up quickly, overnight, if I get it on there asap. I guess you could wear this during the day as it is virtually invisible, but I probably will not do that unless I am at home. Works well and worth the money to me. I tried other brands and they were ok, but these seemed better. It could be the salicylic acid.

Patches are clear. It is not easy to see the part except the light reflection. I have used it for one bag. The effect is not good as what it said. For the most part is too big for a small pimple. I am not sure that the drug was saved in the central.

These work excellently. It seems from my experience that the longer you can wear them the better results you get. They seem to keep working well for 12 hours or even longer if your schedule and tolerance permits. By tolerance I mean your comfortability with wearing them in public. A key point in using these to get best results is to wash and dry your face before applying and crucially it is recommended to apply to pimples at the earliest noticeable stage possible. It says right on the box to not use on whiteheads. Follow these recommendations and I think the product should work well for you, keeping in mind that not all solutions work wonderfully for all skin types or even all types of acne.
