Yes,it support but depend on the wattage of your controller box,the total wattage of strip shoud not max than the controller box wattage,also we suggest you connecting all strips in parallel.

i’m not clear where to cut on the strip. Can anyone help please?

Cuts can only be made on the copper contacts. There are 5 in a row spaced along the strip.

Is this actual rgbww (6 pins) or rgbw (5 pins)? pretty much every one of these i've seen advertised on here and ebay as rgbww has been 5 pin.
