LEFTLY Mens Wooden Watch Lightweight Analog Quartz Movement Wristwatch Walnut Wood

I ordered this watch because its unique (being made out of wood) and the blue face is captivating. When I received it, I initially thought the wood was "cheap feeling". It reminded me of pencil wood. I think I was expecting something heavier. But then I began to appreciate the fact that perhaps its suppose to be lightweight and not heavy. It is just as described. The band color is true and has a nice tone to it. The blue face IS captivating and a conversation starter. This was a gift to my boyfriend and he LOOOOVED it and received MANY compliments the day he wore it. Its different and no one else will have one. The price point and quality are great. It looks more expensive than it is. You won't be disappointed and if you're buying it for someone neither will they.

Unfortunately, although this is a beautiful watch and my husband loved it (so much that I ordered a second one to replace the first one that broke at his second wearing), I am extremely unhappy with this purchase . The first broke at the pin insertion and there is no way to repair it. The second arrived with the hour hand detached, free-floating under the crystal, and there is no fixing that, either. When I attempted to rate the transaction(s), for some reason the site was blocked. I have not as yet been able to request my refund on TWO un-usable watches. I know they aren't expensive, but seriously? Two within less than two weeks?

Pro's: it looks great. I got a few compliments on it, almost instantly because it definitely catches the eye. And it came with a handy tool that made it much easier to adjust unlike most other wooden watches on Amazon.Con's: the band is much thinner than I expected and the clasp on it opens from both sides, built for convenience I'm sure but it makes it less than sturdy. The watch did not last me a week. The clasp opened on it's own with an upward wrist bend(was not sized too small; was actually a perfect fit due to the thinner links)and then it abruptly snagged on the corner of my car door as I was closing it. Had to return the newly made pocket watch.

UPDATE 9/3/18I finally broke it... it slammed sideways into a door jam and broke the bezel where the band is held in. The band survived so I will probably use it on another watch now. I'll just buy another one now, I wore the piss out of it because it's so light that it seemed to just disappear on my wrist, so I think I'm going to chance another one and hopefully be a little more aware so I don't make the same mistake again. I really slammed the s*** out of it to break it anyways. I am dropping one star because I wanted it to last a year before it broke or stop working. If the next one lasts a year it'll go back up! So glad this didn't happen to a more expensive wooden watch!UPDATE: 8/18/18 I have been wearing this watch frequently and often because of how lightweight it is. It still holds time very well and I have had several people comment on how good-looking it is not knowing that it was a sub $40 buy off of Amazon. My only complaint at this point is how the stupid the brand name sounds... I'm guessing it was settled on by a committee that does not speak English, oh well. some people have had really bad luck bit (knock on watch) some come out perfectly fine. I would definitely buy one again but would be ready to keep returning them until I got a good one if I had some bad luck in the future.Simple, pretty, light weight, holds time for 48 hours hopefully allot longer too... we will see about durability I'm hoping to get more than a year of wearing once or twice a week but the thing is made of wood so we'll have to wait and see.

Looks just like the pictures - It's extremely lightweight which could come off as cheap but I think it's preferable because it'll be more comfortable for long wear. So far so good and I'm pleased with what I've received. It's a gift for my fiancé so we'll see how he likes it. It also shipped on time and it comes with tools to remove excess links.

This was a gift to my husband and he absolutely loves it! It's very light weight but still feels sturdy. He had to adjust the size of the band, which was a little tricky at first, but it not fits perfect! Looks just the the picture, the blue face is stunning! I think it looks good dressed up of down.

I've recently become a watch guy, and I bought this wooden watch as a novelty.; but I have to say I really like it because it the lightest watch I own. As a percussionist, forearms and wrists get fatigued after a concert and this has become my go to watch for the next day. The blue face sets off the wood nicely.

Okay so I'm gonna break down some of the qualities of this watch in as short a review as possible. First off I got the darker grained watch with a black face. It's gorgeous in every way. Wood stain is good quality, design is simplistic yet stylish without being overly flashy. Watch band links are put together well and the face of the watch is well polished and gleaming. This is a great affordable watch for my gentleman (or ladies). The watch isn't made from high grade wood just fyi. I broke part of the linkage when adjusting it to fit my wrist. Had to superglue back together and that's why I'm not giving it a 5 star rating. Otherwise I suggest you get it.
