These work just as good as the popular, expensive brand. They stick well and open both nostrils. I can breathe better so I can sleep better. You just have to make sure your nose isn’t oily and clear of any products (moisture) and you simply remove adhesive tabs, place each side in the middle of your nostrils, then keep pressing on them for 10 seconds and I guarantee the nose strip will hold up to 12 hours. Why pay more when these work just as well?

The difference in actually breathing through your nose and being a mouth breather is astronomical in differences. I’m able to think clearer, not worry about stinky breath (because mouth breathing increases that, i do brush my teeth lmao), not be embarrassed of my annoying and loud nose breathing, and much much much better sleep. This serves as a way to seriously stop the struggle of deviated nostrils (or just messed up nostrils in general). Being able to get QUALITY SLEEP is a total game changer in how my day goes. These are not hard to use and they come pretty cheap for how long these boxes will last (one box lasts me months and months (using every night). They ALSO are incredibly durable in terms of stickiness, but not to the point of damaging your pores. I just love these. As a 21 year old guy, these make it easy to breath and not be so frustrated with such a simple task. On top of all of this, not only do you benefit from this, but your lovely girlfriend who wants to strangle you every time you fall asleep due to the fact that you cant breath at night, can now sleep peacefully as well. The only “advice” i have to the use of this amazing technology is, WIPE YOUR NOSE BEFORE EACH USE… humans are gross and we sweat a lot. And because of that, the strips have a harder time sticking if there are oils underneath. Other than that, order yourself some of these and understand it will change the way you operate and sleep on a daily basis. Last thing, these are NOT only used for sleeping, it can be used for sports, naps, yoga, workouts, work life, etc, these nose strips WILL help with these activities as well just the same. Please do yourself a favor and get these.

Just as good as Breathe-Right and they are cheaper. The packages don't open nearly as easily as breathe-right, which at night in the dark can be an issue. Also, at times they do not stick as well and do not open my passages as well, but that happens more infrequently than before. I've been using these on my cheek (pull the nose out to the side) and these work well for that and are much cheaper than the brand that is made for that use. I've learned that that method does actually work better than on the nose and opens my passages better and allows better air flow. The brand that is designed for that use costs about $0.40 per unit or $0.80 per night, which is crazy expensive for what you get. These work well for that use at about half that price.

I was honestly surprised by how well the nasal strips work. They work better than medication, at least for me. I find the quality of this brand to be superior to other lower priced brands. So even though these are not the cheapest option, they are still less expensive than the “famous” brand and offer a good value. Unlike cheaper brands, they don’t come loose in the night. These stay on until I take them off. Be sure to read the instructions for applying them properly - that is important for the best results.

I gave 5 stars on comfort, adhesion, and easy to use because these strips are all of these things. The complaint and low overall rating comes from not being able to continue to use them. I've had no trouble with the name brand strips and wanted to try these since they are cheaper. Something is different in the formulation because they eventually cause sores on my nose. It took a couple of weeks and I thought I would be different than the other reviews I read with the same problem, but it eventually happened and the sores showed up. In order to use them again I have to wait a week or more for the sores to go away. I will be switching back to the name brand.

I don’t usually snore but I do wake up with sinus pressure/headache and these really help, I felt good this morning. My face is small apparently, I cut the corners off so it doesn’t dig into my under eye skin. Sticks well through the night on clean skin and is easily removed in the morning.

I've tried many strips in the past and the quality of these have benevolent the best. I've had issues with other brands with them not being sticky enough, but these stick so well, I have to be careful taking them off. I've had surgery to help my breathing and since the surgery, my breathing has only gotten worse, but these strips provide instant relief and open my airways instantly. Will continue to purchase

Unlike the tan strips... which work GREAT..... these do NOT work.. the do not have the "sticking" power of the tan strips... by morn, i can count on one side or the other, coming loose.... I made the mistake to buying two, clear strip boxes.. when the price was really low... (for a reason)..... and just threw my money away... along with the 2nd box of CLEAR strips. The tan strips aren't that unattractive... I'd rather breath than look stupid with a strip on my nose, that you can see anyway.... your choice.. a tan strip, that works great, and helps you breath easily... all through the night... or a clear one that doesn't. No brainer.
