This is set/very thick, so warm it up for spreadability. It is a high quality product with fantastic health benefits and changes colour textures and flavours over the season as it should for raw organic honey. It has a zesty sweetness base line throughout the year.

I'm blown away by the depth of flavour of this honey.This one,(Bulgarian) of 3 different varieties i bought, is outstanding and a triumph for those producers in the cooperative who got together to harmonise their selling market. Bee keeping and especially RAW HONEY production are labour intensive.The stuff you buy in supermarkets bears no relation to the quality of what's offered here. The tiny amount i put on my first teaspoonful took me completely by surprise with its intensity and complex flavours of flowers and herbs.Yes,it's fairly solid in the jar,but don't be put off by that as it quickly softens once spooned and mixed well with cold greek yogurt when stirred in.I highly recommend this.*I made an error in saying this was Bulgarian.It is actually Lithuanian and i apologise for misreading my labels.I've also bought a Bulgarian,clear,organic,wildflower at the same time and i'm happy to report it's gorgeous,too.There's a lovely,informative blurb on Amazon that goes into detail about all the various honeys on sale by independent beekeeping producers which is,like their products,beautifully produced.Packaging was exceptionally thoughtful(given the delicacy of the glass jars) .I'll definitely be buying more and trying different flavours.But that Lithuanian gold in a jar is going to be hard to beat.

Originally 3 star as the honey was completely solid with the consistency of a wax candle. A spoon was not able to break into it and the only way to get any out of the jar was by scraping it hard with a knife. The 3 stars was because once I managed to scrape enough to spread on my toast it tasted really really nice. Reading on the 'net about thinning honey suggested heating gently would do the trick- and it did. I placed the jar in a large jug and filled the jug with hot (not boiling) water. After a few hours and a few top-ups with more hot water the honey softened and became stirrable. Overnight I expected it would go solid again but this morning it was still soft and tasted very nice in my porridge. So- if you are prepared to spend a little tume to soften this honey you will not be disappointed. I will not hesitate to buy again.

Looks a good quality of honey but how OLD is it? You need chisel to get it out. It's not the first time I ordered this product, couple of times it was great nice and soft, but this is to much...... I'm wandering, would this firm win London honey gold award with this jar of honey? Don't think so

I would like to bring your attention to the fact that March delivery was cancelled on repeated subscribtion even though honey was otherwise available for oder the whole time. The link you ask seller was not working. I have just opened batch 0241 and must point out that this one is not as good as 0225. I know that no two draws are the same, still just to aim for high standards the 0225 is more aromatic, smoother, less sweet and ligthter in colour. Sort of refreshing with a bit of menthol. 0241 is flatter and less complex.

One of the best products we have bought, good value for quantity of honey and it taste fantastic. Well packaged and quick delivery, all helped to make the purchase a pleasant result. We will be buying again

Du bon miel brut à un prix abordable. Le défaut : on devient vite un addict à ce miel. Il est difficile à sortir du pot, surtout en hiver. La cuillère en bois doit être très solide, pour ne pas se briser.
