Fake
This isn't an original; it is a cheap reprint. After only 2 weeks of using the book, the pages started to fall out because the printing is too close to the middle, without a decent margin, and you have to open the book more. The content of the book is absolutely amazing, though. If you can find the original print, it is absolutely the most incredible book for anyone seeking to get well.
