I use chopsticks for these rice noodles. You get 6 for around £1.50 each from Amazon, and about a pound off from getting Amazon's 15% discount if you buy regularly as I do. In the grocery store, they come on sale occasionally at £1.50, but I think are around £1.75 usually. I like a good value and that is why I buy them from Amazon, but I don't think I am saving that much to get too excited about... That said, the taste and convenience of getting a simple tasty satisfying snack organised is superb. After I eat these, I feel very oddly full and my hunger goes away for such a rather small amount of food. I can't say that for many other things. I highly recommend these, as well as my favorite, the Sesame Chicken Udon noodles.

Let's face it, it is not easy to find instant gluten-free noodles without MSG. There are many rice noodles pots out there, but for some reason they all have nasty ingredients, inc MSG. So, these pots are a pleasant surprise. The chili miso is nice. Slightly spicy, tasty, with a pronounced sesame oil taste. Quantity-wise is a nice portion; I made it in a ramen bowl and looked like a good size noodle portion - if you add a bit of protein and some veggies, you have a easy, fast, healthy and filling meal without gluten and other nasties. Well done itsu!

No good if you are on a low carb diet/KETO DIET. This contains 41 carbs per cup, 2.3 grams of sugar which is part of the carbs of 41 grams. However very nice taste, and only 207 calories per cup. OK for FAT FREE diet though. Variety - rice noodles/chilli miso (ve). assume the (ve) is vegetarian?

I honestly ordered these thinking they were just straightforward Miso. It wasn't until they arrived that I saw they were chili flavoured. I'm not a fan of chili, but I gave it a go. I was really suprised that the chili didn't burn my tongue and that not only could I handle the level, but I found it very tasty. I felt quite full after one pot, and the noodles weren't stodgy like other more well known brands. I liked the fact that the noodles are not already loose in the tub because that way you can choose not to have them at all. In fact, there are instructions on how to make the pot without the noodles as well as with the noodles. The only downside to that is that all the ingredients have to come in their own wrapping. However, the majority of the containers are recyclable. I would definitely order again.

This is the best noddle pot I've ever had. It's filling, very tasty, and hits the spot every time. I never feel dissatisfied when I have one. The soup base isn't powdered, its a paste, so you know the broth has been hand crafted and turned into a paste. Another plus is with them being gluten free and vegan, they are easy to digest with my chronic health problems. Very easy to make, and you never get any raw noodles or sauce that hasn't mixed properly because its a paste and the past mixes with the water. I cannot praise these enough. If you like Japanese food, you'll love these.

I can't rave about these noodles enough. Such flavourful broth combined with deliciously soft flat noodles and just the right amount for a healthy snack/meal. I eat mine with added chicken or seafood and they're so addicting. They are low calorie but at 41g of carbs per pot, I definitely wouldn't eat them every day as part of a healthy diet.
