I was looking another heather for my home. Currently i had John Lewis one. However looked for all review and came across with this product. Review rate was 4.8 and it was fascinated me because as you can imagen there are limited products that have 4.8 rate on Amazon. Looked all detail on and decided to purchase.Once i received it, tried same day. However it was a huge disappointment for me. You may find bullets points below,* Outer material is completely mess and looks soo cheap. Even when you touch it you may easily feel that product is cheap quality and could broken easly.*Remote control : This doesnt work. Not at all even if you close the main device less than 30 cm. That was strange. If you dont put a good quality service than what is the point of remove controller.*Command buttons at top of item: These are also not sensitive and you need to push harder to direct your command*Heating : I am also suprised that even if you select high , that doesnt work and not making confortable your room. I am not talking about 20 square meter room. I have less than this and did not make it warm.As a conclusion, appreciated product design and other things looks fancy however this product selling price can be max £15 or £20. If i paid this amount than most probably i would kept it. But if i pay more than £40 for this product definitely i would prefer to return it and already sent it back.Hopefully this comments helps you when you decide your purchase.Thanks

Nice heater for the money,but not cheap to run around 57p an hour,but that's eco setting, unfortunately that's down to the energy companies,greed and exploitation in a cost of living crisis, nevertheless I am glad I purchased this heater just use it intermittently to keep the costs down I would advise,imo.paul.g

I've been using this since last winter. I use this in a small room, usually placing this near me, and this heats up the room well.

The output on the heater wasn't sufficient for a large room
