Good item and well supported through prompt replacement once item was received in a damaged condition.

Product quality is good. Central locking is also auto locking. Not warned earlier. The keys were inside and closed drawers to check resulting in full cabinet being locked. Had to get a keymaker home to reopen. Buyers pls note to repeat the mistake. Reduced a point for lack of proper user guide.

ordered was unduly delayed for delivery and with unchanged status “delivery attempt failed due to logistics. No call from the delivery side or info from Amazon, so, I called call customer care with my concern and about my proposed cancellation of the order. When the seller called, assuming that he was a sales executive, I narrated my concern and insisted on the delivery the next day. Mr. Parag was patient, polite and followed up. assuring the delivery before that evening. the delivery of the item intact followed with no damage; item was sturdy with good finish, suitable for filing at house or office. Later it was a surprise to learn that Mr. Parag was 21 years old owner, capable person with assured future for successful business. I wish him the best. An appreciable feature of this company is that an owner listened to a complaint and resolved the issue effectively. Lalitha K. from Chennai

Well manufactured. Quality and secure. Highly recommended.

Excellent product with level adjustable feet, strong steel body, good drawer fittings with smooth flow, well spray painted body with dual tone. The wood top finish is a good idea. Good alternative to Godrej products
