We live in a 2 story single family home where the router is downstairs near an office. There is a second room/office upstairs almost directly above the router. However, the signal upstairs was spotty. Sometimes the network couldn't be found, sometimes it was slow, etc. Unpacking the product was a breeze and I followed the instructions to plug it in near my downstairs router. The web user interface was simple. Then, I moved the product upstairs in an open area . After plugging it in, the product comes up after 2 minutes . My wife connected her laptop to my extended network and she hasn't complained about slow network speeds or drop outs ever since.So simple setup and a small form factor.

I puchased this because I was having a hard time streaming movies, programs, audio books, etc., in my sewing room or in the other end of the house. I'm self employed and work in both ends of the house throughout the day. Our router is located in the center of the house.. If my retired husband was watching something in the den, I was having a very hard time pulling anything else in.. This has fixed that problem. It took me a bit to figure out how to connect it to our router (maybe 1/2 hour), but once I figured it out, it was very pretty easy to do. I watched a video on Utube, then followed the directions included with the device, and had it working in no time. It's very pretty easy to unplug and replug in the other end of the house when I need to move it. With our internet program, we're suppose to be able to stream two video's at once, but it just wasn't working.. To upgrade to the next higher service would have cost $30 a month more..This device fixed the problem and all at a low price.This extender boosts my Uverse router output from -60db to -20db, an excellent increase, measured in the room farthest from the router! This has been a great purchase, and at a best price, too!!

pretty easy setup and gave great signal throughout my house. Prior to this extender, I couldn't get Wi-Fi to come to my bedroom at all and now I have full strength. Definitely worth it! Our Internet was struggling outside and I also needed to make our AV receiver connect to our wifi network. This killed two birds with one stone. Very pretty easy setup and works great. Do realize this cuts wifi speeds in half since it has to switch between send/receive on the same radio. For basic streaming and Internet use its fine though.

It's been almost a year since my router made best contact with my Roku box. I have had difficulty streaming anything. This range extender was difficult to set up, (It took a friend and I over an hour to get it done.), but once set up properly, it works great. Streaming works fine now..It was really pretty easy and quick to set up and worked right away. It extends my wifi even farther than I thought it would and the speed is still best at a distance. I would absolutely highly recommend this.

I had 1 bar of wifi and most times no connection at all in my bedroom before I purchased this wifi range extender. Now that I have this plugged in, I have 5 bars of wifi with uninhibited video streaming and downloads! Very best product even after 2 months of use. At first I was intimidated by the set up process, but then I told my sister to do it and she did it in less than 5 minutes. Now my bedroom went from having one bar of wifi to five bard of wifi!

I don't review often but I decided to for this. I have an office in the back corner of the house that always has a spotty WiFi signal. I hooked this up (in 5 min.) and I now have a full bar signal on my phone, tablet, and laptop in the room. It worked perfectly!Pretty much works as described. Does take a little patience to set up but still pretty pretty easy if you read the directions closely. best range from modem to cover entire house and back yard. Worth buying.

The device actually works better for me than advertised.Simple pretty easy setup with my Apple Airport Extreme. Took maybe 4-5 minutes total. I have this upstairs and the speeds are great. Now my whole house is covered. Like how the iphone automatically connects.If you are looking to extend your current wireless network for cheap you can't go wrong with this product. Took some time to find the "optimal" location, but elated with the overall performance and range. Very pretty easy set-up. All best!

I bought this inexpensive Wi-Fi extender to use in hotel rooms. I work out of a hotel room and the "house wifi" invariably disconnects every 5 minutes in spite of the signal strength showing "Excellent."When I received the Wi-Fi Range Extender, it took about 10 minutes to set it up successfully (5 minutes to get it out of the box). The setup was as smooth as glass. After connecting through the extender I did not get disconnected even once.I like this.
