Great product for the price. I have noticed a difference in my milk supply. It is a small capsule- easy to swallow. It does not hurt my stomach with or without food.

Cycle and know true amount needed for optimum results.
I followed the instructions, and was noticing only a slight change. I did some research and found out if I took one additional capsule, then I would be consuming the upper limit of the necessary amount of fenugreek. Further research shows fenugreek should be cycled. Now, I weigh about 190lbs and that third capsule does make a significant difference. True, there is a message stating to consult with a doctor, but why? Doctor visits cost a lot of money after you include the price of the visit, time off work, and the price of fuel. Add in the fact some doctors make more money from giving prescriptions, and you can catch my drift. If the instructions label were written more precisely, then I would give this manufacturer a higher rating.
