Good quality magnesium supplement, but check the strength is right for you
I’ve purchased this magnesium supplement multiple times now, which says a lot about how happy I am with it. It’s good quality, reliable, and excellent value for a 3-month supply. I also like that it’s vegan. One thing to note is that this is a high-strength magnesium supplement at 500 mg, so it’s worth checking that the dosage is right for your individual needs, whether you’re a man or a woman. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it.

Second time purchase
This is the second time I've bought the product. It is good value for money for 500mg. Magnesium, for some reason, gets pricey with some other brands.

Helps with Sleep Routine
Take them every night, find it definitely helps relax tension in my muscles before sleeping and after a workout. Easy to swallow.

Effective but difficult to swallow
I found these to be effective. I do combine with a magnesium spray at bedtime though. But these alone do seem to have stopped my tired legs. I do however find them difficult to swallow. For one they are quite large but even broken in half the texture seems to stick and they take a while to swallow them. I take a few different tablets and this is the only tablet I have had an issue swallowing. My husband has the same issue with this so I know it’s not just me. Possibly the won’t buy again because of this if I can find an alternative with similar reviews.
