Absolutely love the stuff
Absolutely love the stuff, I don't use it to work out tho I use it to get me through a night shift. Gets a little bit addictive tho. Only down falls is possibly the tingles/prickles it gives you when kicking in but I sort of like that feeling haha

Rubbish !! No kick
I am writing this review so others can save the money !!I hardly drink coffee and when I do, it gives me a kick . However, I decided to buy a pre workout so I can take advantage of on the go and less hassle of getting a coffee.I can tell anyone here that this thing didnt work at all. I took it and went for a run. After a coffee, I would run around 5kms and after having this 2 days in a row, I actually only ran around 4kms and less.Waste of money. The product is made in Poland and who knows whats inside this thing.Please stick to popular well known brands.I hope this review was helpful !!
