Wrong size, seal already broken, missing part.
So, when the item arrived I saw that the flower was missing and initiated a return/replacement. When the replacement arrived, I then realised the original had received was a smaller size, the seal had been removed and the colour of the contents was different. Unfortunately, the flower was also missing from the replacement, so this has also been returned. So disappointed!

Awful experience
I'm quite familiar with this product and adore it, especially the delightful Oud scent. Typically, I purchase directly from Amelia Amour's website. However, my recent attempt to buy from Amazon turned sour. The boxes were mislabeled, resulting in receiving the wrong scents. After two frustrating returns, I've decided to stick with ordering from Amelia Amour online or finding them at Costco.
