Love the look
I remodeled my master bathroom and decided I wanted a towel warmer. This is a unique shape and can hold a number of towels. Only “bad” thing is that there is only an on/off button and once turned on it gets HOT, so do not leave towels on it for any length of time for safety’s sake. It would make more sense to have low/medium setting only in my opinion.

Nice looks but takes time to warm up towels
Nice looking towel warmer, but not allowing hard wire installation. I would have given five stars otherwise. Efficiency wise, not great as it takes 15min to warm up a towel.

Really Nice
This thing looks very hip on the wall, and works great. It's the nicest towel heater I bought, and I wish I'd used the same one on all the bathrooms. Live and learn...

DO NOT BUY THIS TOWEL WARMER
After spending $800 to have it installed in our brand new bathroom "IT DOES NOT WORK " the ON/OFF switch does not turn it ON/or OFF and they tell me that we need to press harder on the ON/OFF switch at 69 years old not sure I can press harder, what a crock all I am asking for is a new switch to turn it ON /OFF I will never recommend this towel wall hanger their support is terrible and they do not back up their merchandise

Beautiful!
Just installed and this is a nice product that looks clean and stylish. Easy install if you take time and get measurements right! It can be hardwired if you have the skills. I am electrician so I came up with a code compliant method. Pics to show attached P.s. 4 stars just because maybe a plate for such an install should be included.

Stylish chrome towel warmer
I love this towel warmer. It's a a piece of art in my bathroom. I wish it had a built in timer, but I bought it anyway because of the style. I used a nearby outlet to add a great timer. Love, love, love it!

Nice contemporary towel warmer
Very happy with this towel warmer and this is the second one we ordered and installed. Looks great and we have not had any problems with it. It is exactly what we wanted and happy with the chrome finish. It looks very classy.
