Belt Not Long Enough Nor Easily Secured
Followed sizing chart for this but belt was not long enough to fit around my waist so had to return. The affixing material to hold it in place also seemed defective.

Fit Is Perfect!
Love this binder! No hernia, but have developed some internal scar tissue that's been debilitating. Two surgeries, same site, at my waist and subsequent radiation treatment seem to be the cause. Ibuprofen helped make bending, lifting and any kind of stretching bearable but how long does one stay on ibuprofen? Lots of down days the past 3 months with the heating pad and massage gun! Tried several abdominal binders, which gave some relief but were too wide for my 73 year old torso and rolled often. UGH!! This binder fits comfortably and doesn't budge. I position the hernia pad/disc over the scar tissue zone for additional pressure/support. I'm good to go and happy, happy, HAPPY! Catch ya later heating pad and thumper gun
