🚀 Winch smarter, not harder — gear up with DAYDOOR’s powerhouse rope!
The DAYDOOR Synthetic Winch Rope is a 1/2 inch by 92 ft ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene cable engineered for off-road recovery. Boasting a max breaking strength of 31,500 lbs, it outperforms steel cables in strength while being lighter and safer to handle. Its UV resistant polyester coating and abrasion resistance extend its lifespan, while the included forged steel hook rated at 35,500 lbs ensures secure, reliable recovery. Ideal for 4WD SUVs, trucks, and off-road vehicles up to 10,500 lbs, this rope floats for easier water recoveries and comes with a protective sleeve to prevent overheating during heavy use.

Great winch line for a great price
DISCLAIMER: I have not had any pull on this rope yet, so can't comment on its rated strength. However, packaging and quality thus far I'm very impressed with for a sub-$100 winch line. Appreciate the red sheath covering the pack few feet of the line to give a visible reminder to stop unspooling. I replaced the cable on my Badlands winch, and as such it didn't have a location to secure the end of the rope. I resorted to using a Bubba Ropes Grabber to start the spool, though getting the rope once cut into the grabber took a while as once you cut the rope, it frays badly. So taking a torch to the end will stop the fraying, but you then need to clamp it in a vice or a clamp once burned to form the rope so that it will fit through the grabber. Hook is very nice, though I will use a soft shackle for recoveries as the heft of the hook, if becoming disconnected, can make it a dangerous projectile. Using the hook to secure to a shackle when not winching, and replaced the cotter pin with an easily removable pin. Overall a great rope.

Quality Built
This is a really good deal!! Well made and comes with everything! The only thing it the nylon sleeve that covers the winch rope keeps going back inside the winch!!! Going to put a clamp on it and put the roller feral back on!

Typical amsteel tow rope, but vastly better price.
I use these somewhat destructively on a log-grapple winch. Despite all claims, they are not as strong as a steel cable of the same size, except perhaps under ideal conditions. That being said, this model is cheaper by far than any other I have bought; the splices were as strong, and the value was better than any other I have purchased. Day-in and day out, they are far easier to use than wire rope and don't coil up into knots when left loosely unspooled. Yeah, I've already destroyed two of these so far. They are tough, but not as tough as a wire rope. They melt easily, and will fuse together on your winch if shock-loaded. On the other hand, they are easy to handle, they will never puncture your hands with random loose wires, and they can easily be spliced back together if you break them. For folks who want a cool-looking winch on the front of their Jeep, they work great and will never rust. NEVER tie an amsteel rope with a knot! You won't be able to untie it, and it is so slick it will cut itself in half as it tightens. Instead, splice it to length, use the full length, put it on a winch, or use a friction device or pulley to shorten the span. With one knot, you will have ruined it.

Good quality, but bad Quality controll.... exelent service.
I received the item before the delivery date, which was good. However, after opening the box, I noticed that there was no hook in it.... the missing hook did not bother me that much, but then, when I inspected the rope, I noticed two damaged parts nine meters from one end of the rope. This rope will be an extension rope for my winch, so that did not bother me as well. I will be using the nine meters that I will need to cut for some soft shackles. The buried end on one end was not tapered, which will make it the weakest link in the rope. The rope looks like good quality, but I will need to test it in the field... I will recommend this winch rope, but some modifications will need to be made. The seller contacted me and I was offered a full refund... but I asked for a replacement instead... will update soon and hopefully a 5-star review.:)

Great performance and looks good too!
This synthetic winch rope looks great and works great. I put it on a side by side and have used it numerous times to pull the side by side out of mud and also have used it slung over a tree to lift the front end up or lift deer up to clean. I recommend getting an extension for those times you are just out of reach of the 50ft though.
