I used this soap dispenser with Dawn dish soap and it works really well before I was using a small bottle and had to refill it all the time now I connect it to a big one gallon soap container and it makes things much easier it saves time and works good it was also pretty easy to install I just removed the old one and installed the new one with no problems

This is a great item - it works really well - you can easily dispense what you need. The finish is good, it has enough pipe to suit anywhere - I cut it so that the detergent container is just under the pump.

Exactly what I was looking for - so tired of crawling under my sink to refill - now there's a long tube feeding up to the pump and into a large soap container. Freaking brilliant. Great build quality, no leaks, pumps an appropriate amount of soap.

We redid our bathroom earlier this year. My husband wanted pump soap dispensers like we have in our kitchen so he had holes drilled in the countertop. Then he bought a different pump dispenser- which didn't work. For over 6 months, I have been using my old soap dispenser and wishing the in-counter one worked. The tip broke off my old dispenser which forced me to make a decision. I ordered this because it looked much sturdier than the one he got that never worked. Instructions were written poorly, but you basically attach the hose to the pump (and the correct end was labeled for me), place a washer under the pump, run the hose through the counter and put another washer and the plastic nut underneath. Then you put the hose in the soap and pump. It said 40-50 times (with a pause during each one). You could watch the hose and see the soap slowly going up it. I installed 2 of these and probably pumped more like 100 times each, but my soap is a bit thick. So, my hands got tired, but once the soap came out, it works like a charm. There is a valve to prevent backflow, so I should be good and not have to prime again in the future. It did also say in the instructions that if soap was very thick might need to add a little water, but I didn't want to do that so part of it might be on me.

Very poor workmanship. I do like that there is no bottle to refill. The tube goes right into the bottle of dish soap. I have no problem with that. I bought the largest bottle of Dawn I could find and put the tubing in. The problem is with the pump, the pump is BARELY large enough to cover the hole on my kitchen counter, so it leaks a bit. And a few days ago the spicket, the piece at the end of the pump that the soap comes out of, fell right off in my hand! Now I would blame kids, except I don’t have any living here any more! So all I can blame is the makers of this product. My $20.00 or so was poorly spent. I did wonder if it would hold up when I opened it and felt that it was all plastic. Thought about returning it before installing. But decided to give it a chance. Bad decision. ☹️

This soap pump works great. I put a big container, under the sink, and it pumps perfect. Better than the expensive one, which came with the faucet.

The best thing about this product is that I don't have to worry about an empty bottle then unscrew it fill it in again and srceew it back on im done woth that I bought a big gallon of dish soap and in the tube goes. It pumps smoothly and give the right amount of soap needed

Belle qualité. Nous avons du changer notre autre distributeur de savon car la bouteille avait fissurée et elle était difficilement atteignable pour la remplir. Celle ci est ideale avec le tube qui va directement dans le gros bidon de savon a vaisselle pas besoin de penser a remplir le savon.
