Well packaged in seems very high quality materials. What I liked was it is over 6 ft long and I needed the longest Court I could get. I recommend this over more expensive adapters because it works very well with my blood pressure monitor and appears to have more than adequate power

Fit perfectly and works great with our Omron bloodpressure home machine.now we no longer have to keep buying new batteries

Wanted to not have to use batteries with the Omron model that I had and this worked perfectly.

The blue light is what attracted me but light is dull.Now it does work fine but if paying extra because of light just for you to know its not as lit as in picture.🤷🏼‍♀️

When I got my Omron BP742N a couple years ago, I found it a little annoying that they no longer included a power adapter. It had batteries only, and if you wanted a power adapter you would have to buy it as an (approx) $20 accessory. Well, I still had the adapter from my previous Omron (bought around 2000 IIRC), and after doing some research I determined it should be OK to use with the BP742N -- and it was. The original Omron cord was approx 6.5 feet, which allowed me to avoid changing where I take my BP or using an extension cord.Well recently I noticed a little of that cord's insulation had come off near the brick, so I decided to get a new one. I was all set to buy one from Omron. But I'm glad I ran across a comment referring to the current manufacturer's cord as 5 feet, not 6.5. I checked with Omron, and that shorter 5 foot length is indeed what they now have.So I was glad to find the Pwr+, as it lets me keep the original length I wanted to maintain. Not only that, but it feels solidly built, and inserts snugly into the BP monitor, without the need for any connector adapters.

I take my blood pressure twice a day and was going through batteries quickly. The adapter saved me from constantly buying and changing batteries. Great price.

Replaced my missing charger / adapter for my automated Omron bp monitor

I could have purchased a cheaper model, but didn't want something that might damage my Omron device. This power adapter is packaged in a heavy gauge cardboard box like most devices you would spend a lot of money for. It feels very high quality and operates the Omron much better than the rechargeable batteries I was using. I am extremely pleased with this product and highly recommend it.
