This product works well. If it’s on all my bowls. It does not seem to save on charcoal. I get about the same affect using the flavor saver and foil, wind cover. However, with the foil I run the risk of dropping the coal. The first few bowls I burnt everything since then I found what works for me on my ball size and my AF Shisha I use one coal flat and one Stonehedge style. That will give me roughly 45 minutes then I add another call and I will get about an hour and 15 minutes I did use for Kohl’s once for about an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minute session, some tobacco sticks to the bottom, but you can wipe it off while it is hot, make sure you use tongs the handle gets extremely hot. I have a silicone gripper that I can use to grab the handle. The only thing keeping this from being perfect is you cannot twist it to allow airflow in. While I was learning how to use this product to its full extent are used to vent by rusting the lid on the top I know longer have to do that for the cost it is awesome.

I've always had issues with foil and heat transfer. I tend to burn the top layer and get this awful burning taste while not burning through the lower half of the shisha. Probably user error on my part but this product eliminates all that hassle. Since getting it, I've never experienced burning and it transfers the heat evenly. It's well built and fits my smaller clay bowl. I was worried about the smokes heat due to the lid but there is no heat issue. I've also produced the thickest clouds with this if that's what you're into. I will say the overlap of the lid and the base can be a hassle, especially after having hot coals in it and the metal is untouchable. Also, the rubber handle on the lid gets VERY hot where the metal pokes into the rubber, so make sure to grab the handle by the rear. Overall, great product, I highly suggest buying. Made my smoking experience A LOT better.

Im so glad I purchased this. Create perfect even heating distribution and evenly heats the shisha so its not just burning the top bit. I like fact the black handle dosnt over heat and its pretty easy to move and snust the whole thing using hooka tongs.

My previous coal device got a little worn out, so I decided to try this one because it has a lot of positive reviews. Imo the heat management it provides is very poor. You cannot regulate the opening on top, which is essential; so the coals burn too hot. If you remove one coal piece, then the heat is not enough. I also think that the holes on the bottom are also not the best idea, because the ashes fall on your tobacco. Lastly, the handle gets too hot. If all you’ve been doing before is putting coals on the foil, then maybe you would like this upgrade, but for me it’s a failure.
