Upon opening there is a strong material smell so i opened it up and let it air out for like a week or so. Now I find Clementine just hanging out in there I don’t think she realizes it’s a carrier and thinks its just another bed. I like this because her last carrier (a hard case) she would only ever be in there when forced for a vet visit or long drive to someplace.Haven’t used this for the vet or any sort of “traveling” like that but I put her in there to move her from one room to the next while there were maintenance people in the house. It is a soft bottom so it does sink when you lift it. The handle doesn’t cut into your hand by design since it is a soft leather of sorts. I put Clam in from the top so that the carrier retains its form while I’m working with the cat. It’s nice that it opens from both ends too (3 total entry points).I keep the carrier out so that Clementine can come hang out when she wants. Every so often I zip up the open door and turn it around so that the carrier keeps shape. The edge of the zip is sort of reinforced so when the “door” is shut its held up very well and when it is open it slightly slouches a bit but is still upright. This shows in the photo better than I can describe.The water bowl looked really cool but I haven’t used it yet. I let that air out and washed it after. If I end up using it I will also wash prior to use. The material smell is very strong here too when you open it.The bed mat inside is very soft and has a zipper so the casing can be washed. The whole thing can be taken out but has velcro in the middle to hold the mat in place. The rough side is on the bottom of the carrier so not ideal for using it without the mat. Wish the rough side of the velcro was on the bottom of the mat instead so it would just be an odd soft spot to lay on when the mat is removed. It has a platform of sorts? Inside the bottom of the mat (for antileak peeing protection I think). Clam really likes how it feels laying on this bed.It isn’t too intimidating for her to approach. Can easily match other luggage type stuff too if that pertains to you.

I have bought several carriers for my cat and small dogs. I have another one that we love because it's big. This though is the perfect size for traveling and very sturdy. We have traveled in very long drives and trains and they fit great. Love the long handle and wheels, is great for my parents when they travel with their small dog. My cat will pass out as soon as she is in there. Not heavy either if you had to carry it without the wheels. Also great that you can remove from the wheels to fit perfect on the plane.

I love it! This cat carrier is very well made, and the safety features were well thought out. Rolls like a dream! The only caveat I have is the statement, it is a 2 Cat carrier. It will fit 2 kittens, but you're not getting 2 normal-size cats in the carrier. Has a wonderful little padded bed in it, and extra shoulder straps with locks in place to ensure it doesn't come apart. Top and side openings. I would totally recommend it as a 1 full-grown cat carrier. But at this price why not get 2!

The media could not be loaded.  This carrier was ideal for my spouse and I. However, I gave it 4 stars because it didn’t come with instructions on how to attach/detach the carrier from the wheels/handle or how to add the plastic lining piece to the actual carrier itself. Once we boarded our flight, we each had to assist the other with ripping apart the velcro from the wheels in time for someone else to sit back in their seat. Also, the plastic lining piece became such a hassle, we never put it back on and ended up losing it. It was a hassle! Apart from that, our babies fit just fine in their carriers. It was convenient when transporting them throughout the airport and within the pet relief facilities. They each weigh 11 lbs and were a wee bit snug when trying to fully stretch out while sleeping. We ended up unzipping the front during the flight so that they could. Lastly, we DID get a couple of comments from our Southwest airline stewardess to “push the bag back as far as it went” …. We did. There was still foot room, but watch out for that. 4 out of 5⭐️

I loved it, it worked fine for the purpose. It is made well.

Really helpful for my 12 lb Shih Tzu. While a little cramped for my dog bc he is very long for his breed, it was so easy to use bc it was on wheels and I didn’t jostle my dog hand carrying a bag. Wheels are smooth and the design is really intuitive - wheels snap on or off easily as well as the bag Velcros on and off the frame easily. Very helpful for a smooth journey! The bag fit under an Alaska Air seat (note: handle/base needs to be decoupled).

This is taller but shorter than our current case. I thought my cat would reject it right way. I think the fact that it's very open-feeling with lots of screen area, and so lots of light getting in, he just didn't see it as a "trap". Whatever the reason, he took one look and walked right in and had a nap. We left it out and didn't try to put him into it. For our cat, that's a surefire no-way-not-going-in-there move. Glad he figured this out on his own. I love the little cart. We do travel to hotels with him, pulling our own luggage, plus a backpack - now we can just pull 1 suitcase, and 1 cat carrier and we'll be all set!

I like this carrier. It says it’s tsa approved. I’m not sure how they approved. It would not fit u def seat. I was in first class too. We had to put our dog in between us. It’s a shame because it is good quality and cute.

Quality carrier. Fit nicely under airplane seat Mesh was nice to be able to see pet.

Me encanta que el espacio es adecuado incluso para viajar con 2 gatos adentro, pero uno solo está muy cómodo y les encanta la camita afelpada.

Heute musste ich zum Tierarzt mit meiner Katze. Da ich kein Auto habe, bestellte ich mir diese Tasche mit dem fahrbaren Untersatz. Und ich bin begeistert!!! Sehr praktisch und gut durchdacht die sehr leichte Tasche, die oben und an der Vorderseite zu öffnen ist. Die Katze lässt sich ohne große Probleme hineinheben und kann sich darin gut bewegen. Der fahrbare Untersatz lässt sich sehr gut schieben oder ziehen. Ich kann diese rollende Transportbox für Katzen oder kleine Hunde mit gutem Gewissen all denjenigen empfehlen, die Probleme mit dem Transport ihres kleinen Haustieres haben. Ach ja, die Tasche und der rollend Untersatz sind sogar zusammenklappbar. Und der Preis dieser praktischen Transportbox ist wirklich akzeptabel.
