Is this vehicle street legal?

No. Off-road use only. No headlights, taillights, turn signals, or horn — pure off-road configuration. Cannot be registered or operated on public roads in any U.S. state. Also not CARB-certified — not for sale or use in California.

What does the wa-rranty cover, and what is excluded?

1-year frame wa-rranty against structural defects. 90-day parts wa-rranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear items excluded. Handled by our U.S.-based team.

Does the vehicle come assembled, or do I need to assemble it?

The X9 ships 85% pre-assembled. Install front wheel, handlebar clamp, fender, number plate, rear shock, and footrests. Approximately 45–60 minutes with basic hand tools (NOT included).

Do I need to change the oil before the first ride?

Yes — change the engine oil before your first ride. Factory fill is a break-in oil not suitable for extended use. Skipping this step is the most common cause of early engine seizure.

What should I do if my vehicle arrives damaged?

Photograph everything before signing or opening the crate. Note damage on delivery receipt. Refuse delivery if severely damaged — con-tact us within 48 hours with photos for damage found after opening.
