ROYAL CANIN French Bulldog Puppy Dry Dog Food, 10.5 lb Bag

Not many people have French Bulldog puppies that are picky eaters, but I do! He’s very finicky, could only get him to eat kibble if I topped it with something. Tried MANY premium brands and flavors, no luck. But he liked this right away. Has perfect stools and very little gas. Tip: if you have a picky eater, I’ve found using food puzzles and snuffle mats really helpful.

I have a 4 month old Frenchie that was pooping 10 times per day and 3 times during the night. I was giving him the white fish and potato food that the breeder used for all of his dogs. I absolutely was not over-feeding him and he was gaining weight as appropriate for his age. He was very healthy but I really needed this pooping machine to slow down. I did hours of research and this Royal Canine French bulldog puppy food had the best overall reviews so even though it is expensive I decided to try it. As soon as I opened the bag I could tell it was quality food. It felt substantial and smelled good. All I can say it that it has been like a miracle. Within just a few days the difference is amazing! No pooping at night and down to 3 times per day of solid poop. I also got the Royal Canine wet puppy food and I mix a little of that in it. He loves it and it is definitely worth the price.

Our French Bulldog had tummy issues and the vet reluctantly recommended this. Reluctantly due to price only, because it did wonderful for Teddy. Because Teddy is a picky eater, and he loves it.

My dog is a very picky eater, but she absolutely loves this food! Since switching to Royal Canin, I’ve noticed her coat looks shinier and healthier, and her stool has a much better texture and consistency. It’s clearly made for French Bulldogs — easy to chew, gentle on her stomach, and she finishes every bowl. Definitely worth it for picky eaters.

Anyone who has ever owned a bulldog knows they need the best food possible. Well, our Frenchie puppy, Molly, has thrived on this. Her skin, fur and weight are great. She seems to like the taste and texture and digests it well. The ingredients are geared especially for the French Bulldog puppy, so I don't worry about them too much. I've had other bulldogs and they also did well on the Royal Canin Bulldog food. Does she still poot atrocities? You bet, but such is the bulldog life.

Puppy seems to like it. No digestive issues after eating it. It is more expensive than most tho.

Had to make this review in hopes this will save someone else heart ache Yea my frenchie started eating this but had someone watching him while went away for a few days. I was called because my frenchie was scratching his ears and paws. I was told this recipe contained chicken products. Turned out my dog seemed to be allergic. Called vet for a visit and dog watcher put coconut oil to relieve symptoms and gave him rice. I ordered beef of another dog food beef recipe and had it delivered. I saw my dog through video call and he was still itching. Chicken allergies are common in dogs especially frenchies. Irresponsible for dog food company to make food with this common allergy to be in first list of ingredients Very angry that my dog had to suffer.
