Sturdy photo album storage
I bought two of these for Creative Memories album storage. They are perfect for that.Boxes arrived with some damage, but the damage on the parts was minimal, not worth the trouble to return.

Avoid
The first time I ordered the Kallax it did not show up. Just an order slip came in the mail. The second order had issues and never made it here. The third arrived banged up with holes on all sides. We could not put together due to the holes. You also have to ship back to get a refund, so do not rip open your box.

Good quality and arrived early.
I was a bit concerned about ordering this cube shelved unit given the negative reviews. I’m so glad I ignored them and went for it.The product was really well packed, another box around the IKEA originalUnopened box and covered in soft plastic material in both ends that protected its corners well. It was in perfect condition!And… it arrived 3 days early!It is sturdy and of good quality. Like you can clean it without it loosing its paint!

The unit went together quickly. Ordering the same unit from Ikea would have cost hundreds in shipping.

The Kallex product is worth the extra dough
I bought the 16 cube unit and kallex is perfect for LP record storage. My only piece of advice is to order extra wooden dowels; I ended up breaking a couple and they didn’t supply extras. I have a new residence and I am looking at an 8 cube unit for record storage.
