Is the SOLARA Pre-seasoned Cast Iron Paniyaram pan ready to use out of the box?

Yes, the SOLARA Pre-seasoned Cast Iron Paniyaram pan comes pre-seasoned, making it ready for use. However, it's always a good idea to wash it with warm water before the first use.

How do I maintain the seasoning on my SOLARA Pre-seasoned Cast Iron Paniyaram pan?

To maintain the seasoning, wash the pan with hot water and a soft brush or sponge. Avoid using soap, and after washing, dry it immediately. Applying a thin layer of cooking oil after each use can help preserve the seasoning.

What's the best way to prevent food from sticking to the SOLARA Pre-seasoned Cast Iron Paniyaram pan?

Ensure that the pan is adequately preheated before adding the batter. Applying a small amount of oil to each mold before pouring the batter can also help prevent sticking and promote even cooking.

Can I cook acidic foods, like tomatoes, in the SOLARA Pre-seasoned Cast Iron Paniyaram pan?

It's advisable to avoid prolonged cooking of highly acidic foods in cast iron pans as it may affect the seasoning. If you need to cook acidic foods, it's recommended to re-season the pan afterward to maintain its non-stick properties.

Can I use my SOLARA Cast Iron Paniyaram pan on an induction cooktop

Yes, SOLARA Cast Iron Paniyaram pans are compatible with induction cooktops, as well as gas and electric stoves, providing versatile cooking options.
