Vanilla Flavor tastes great. Easy to mix with other ingredients. I originally bought the single container and loved it so much I bought the 3-pack. Pro: Kept me satisfied throughout the day. No sugar crash. No bloating, skin cleared up. Con: single container did not include a handy measuring spoon, but the 3 pack did. Other than that...great product.

I’m still using it but I have had good results. It does keep you full where you don’t want to eat. I lost 3 lbs in one week! I would buy it again.

I like this product. It tastes pretty good and really reduces my hunger. I did the two-week detox and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I have lost about 10lb in that two-week period. I continued with the weight loss dosing and have lost another 6lbs in a 10 days. Total loss as of today is 17lbs.

I've been on it for a little over a month and have only lost about 8 pounds. But I have a hard time to lose weight no matter what I do. So I guess it's better than nothing. I'm going to try to stick with it for a couple more months and if I don't lose at least another 8 pounds I will probably stop taking it.

Do not order large quantity as this is a nonrefundable food product. It tastes terrible. I tried three of the recipes recommended to improve the taste ... that alone should have been a warning. You have to drink it fast, as sipping on it allows the powder to settle to the bottom. It gave me horrible heartburn and caused my urine to turn bright yellow (a sign that something in it is causing kidneys to overwork. Throwing away all three cans I ordered.
