Super Star Steamer
I love this SALAV GS45-DJ Steamer. It has saved me time, aggravation, and damage to clothing that inevitably happens with ironing and going to the cleaners just to de-wrinkle things. I got lucky and purchased this through Amazon Warehouse Deals for $63.47 but I think it is worth paying full price for it. The two settings (Red is Low, Orange is High) allow me to steam more delicate items (silk, synthetics) first and then hit the cottons and heavier items with the hotter steam next. I gently pull on the bottom of the item to extend what I am pressing and run the steamer up to its top, and Voila! -- all straightened out. I leave my clothes on the hanger from my closet (except for some pants, which I put on the clamps built into the steamer) so I can easily steam one side, flip the hanger, and steam the other. Just makes things easier since my clothes will end up on those closet hangers anyway. It only takes a couple of minutes to steam a shirt, sweater, or pair of pants, assuming it has not been balled up in a corner somewhere. I love the retractable cord - quick and easy. The big "wheels" really seem to be more decorative than functional, so when I want to put the steamer away, I just lean it the other way and roll it on the tiny little wheels on the front. Works just fine for me. Plus the steamer is light so I can just pick it up if I really want to. When I drain it after use, I just lift it up to my bathroom sink, pull the drain plug on the unit and unscrew the cap on the plastic water tank, and they both empty very quickly. I am very pleased with this product so far after using it two three times per week for one month.

Great steamer small reservoir
This is kind of a love-hate purchase. The steamer works fine and I love the buttons on the top si you can use your feet to turn on and off or change the steam from high to low. It's nice to have a light that shows you whether it's on or off because I have killed a steamer in the past by forgetting to shut it down. However, the reservoir is really small and if you use the higher steam then you are refilling the reservoir at least once for every load of laundry.

Fast and easy to use!
Whenever I go out on a date or prepare for work, I use this to smoothen out my clothes. Very fast and easy to operate. Has two modes and an on/off button.

Great steamer
This is my second steamer (first was a different brand). I love this one - heats up fast, steam tube flexes nicely, retractable cord, I don't usually get burned with this one like I did my last one - but you do have to be careful! Reservoir is easy to fill. It does seem to leave a little more water in the reservoir than I would like - which you may want to clean out if you don't use it all the time.

Value is ok, but not recommended for high volume repeated use. Some issues.
I haven't had this very long and the tube has already come out of the tank. Investigating insurance coverage. Pros: it gets really hot, it takes wrinkles out amazing, safe for a lot of delicate fabrics, and the stand makes it easy to steam pieces even if you are sitting down. Cons: It does not have an auto-off feature when the tank runs out of water, you can only tell by the smell. It also takes quite a while to really heat up, at least a good 10-12 minutes, and really heats up a room. If you start using it too early, the steam is intermittent and you have to wait for the steam to come out after each stroke on the fabric. The stand is a bit flimsy too, don't try to put more than a couple of pieces on it or it will topple, even with a full tank. Water does leak out of the unit if it does fall over too. Also note the retractable cord is cool, but VERY short.

Very Good Steamer
I've used garment steamers for quite a few years now, and they've become a must-have for me. After my steamer I had before this one died on me within a year, I received a complete refund. They didn't make that steamer any more, and I'm very glad they didn't because I found this steamer, and am much happier with it.Pros:1. The water container is nice and large, and is easy to fill.2. The steamer produces more than adequate steam for just about any garment.3. The hangar is great, and I use the clips quite a bit.4. It's attractive. I was so happy to have white and silver as an option, rather than the usual blue and white.5. It's very light weight. I'm not a very strong person, and I have no problem picking it up and moving it around.Cons:1. I would love it if the hose was longer. Maybe some day, some manufacturer will actually pay attention to all of us who find fault with the hose length and actually do something about it!2. The foot pedals are a bit too high. I'm not sure why they did that, but it's kind of awkward.3. Even if something happens to it while in warranty, I found out that it would cost me almost $50 to mail it to their repair center in CA. When I told the customer service rep that I would probably just buy another steamer rather than pay that much for shipping, she gave me the impression that they would work with me on that.Overall, I really like this steamer and would probably buy it again if it died on me.***A few words about extended warranties****I highly recommend buying an extended warranty for steamers. With one exception, the ones I've had have died on me within a couple of years, and that's pretty horrible. If this one dies on me after a year or two, I know that Square Trade will make it right. No, I don't have any connection with Square Trade other than the fact that they've made good on warranties I've had with them.

Do not recommend
Buyer beware! First, literal sand fell out of it all over me when unboxing and it was generally very dirty. The print was worn off of the “on” button. The hose padding was torn.Ok, I got it at a warehouse discount so I cleaned it as well as I could, assuming it would at least work ok. But it was also missing the extra tools it should have included. Worst of all, the steam was so weak that it took me 30 minutes to steam a simple cotton top and it STILL had wrinkles. This was hands down the worst order I’ve ever received from Amazon and I’ve gotten their warehouse products plenty of times. My cheap handheld steamer is way better and faster. And not full of sand.
