SportPlus Air Bike with air resistance, optionally app compatible, exercise bike for HIIT, fitness bike, illuminated display, maximum user weight 100 kg

I bought this piece of equipment to make gains in a specific area of my physical fitness. Namely improve VO2 Max and challenge my anaerobic performance in an easy and safe way. This assault bike has been a very welcome addition to my setup. Easy to assemble, and sturdy enough for a 6’ 4” - 210lb male to hammer away on, at max effort for short bursts. If you want a useful piece of equipment for safe High Intensity Interval Training, then this is fine. I have found it to be a fun, easy way to get the heart rate up to max effort without too much risk of injury and great for “exercise snacks” throughout the day.. just hop on “Satan’s Tricycle” and blast away! Please note you do look ridiculous when you’re working at max effort, so be prepared for family members to mock you relentlessly! :-)

Being an exercise instructor since 1994, now working for the National Health Service in the UK I have seen my fair share of gyms and peoples home equipment. I weigh 100kg. I exercise most days although not always with gym equipment.+ well engineered the parts fit together well, holes locate in construction etc.+ it is suitable for most healthy people as a weight baring CV exercise+ it is also a good warm up tool utilizing arms and legs.+ with different branding 'marcy' its normally £100+ dearer. (argos)- this is obviously not going to be commercial gym quality its around 1/4 price so its lighter and you need to be careful when mounting dismounting- this has the appearance of fan bike and is marketed as such; but the resistance comes from a a nylon belt, very cheap alternative and will wear out in time with heavy use.-The fan provides little or no resistance. the resistance is not as smooth and progressive as a true airbike.- This is not akin to an assault air bike or schwinn airdyne.In summary its ok for the money. A friend has one, his wife uses it for around 8hrs a week he replaced the belt once and says its easy and cheap fix so don't be put off. I think its a good buy if you want a warm up machine or are an average home user.

Product delivery update was always punctual and the product arrived on the day stated and earlier in the day than expected.The product is simple to put together and instructions easy to read and comes with all the tools needed to put it together.The product itself is sturdy and robust and the saddle is of a decent width and padding as well (so no walking like John Wayne when you finish your workout)So happy with this bike and at a fraction of the price of the official assault bike.

i bought this device in order to fight the flab during lockdown, i was originally looking for a normal cross trainer, but due to it having to live in the garage the headroom is insufficient for one, so i discovered this fan bike and compared it with several others of various prices and stuck with this one. It arrived a day earlier than expected, and i assembled it, it took about 2 hours, during assembly i decided to put a dab of grease on all the bearing/pivot points. On using it i found that it seems solid enough and quiet in operation, if anyone hears funny noises have a look at the various points i did find a loose one as i put it together but tightened it no problem. all in all i am pleased with my purchase, it gives me a good work out which is what i wanted .

I bought it as I was preparing for my next mma fight. Something to burn the calories with but in a very short while it became useless to me as it doesnt give the resistence I need for greater output. I would recommend this for a person who is 50+yrs old or not really physically active. I need to sell it and buy a higher powered one.

I ordered this questioning whether it would be up to the task, being 140kg myself on a 100kg max machine, I can say it's been really sturdy and solid I use it in my interval training. Instructions were ok apart from the only 2 sections that were already assembled were wrong and after a bit of fiddling it was sorted

Gentle, 30 minute use per day and after 2 years, the fan wheel is broken.The company are based in Germany and offer no aftersales or spare parts.If you want to let it sit in the corner and not use it, then it's perfect. Other than that it's probably not the bike you're looking for.

It's a good air bike, I would recommend it

Per l'uso che ne devo fare, circa 20 min al giorno, è ottima. La struttura è soddisfacente si ha bisogno solo di un po' di attenzione nel montaggio, per quello che ho pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa di peggio, ma sono soddisfatto. Era per me, ma ad oggi è usata da tutta la famiglia ad ogni opportunita, penso che faccia qualcosa di più di 20 min al dì. P.S. aggiungo un osservzione, peccato che manca il controllo del battito cardiaco, dato che oggi lo trovi su tutto.

Nos parecio rapida y sencilla de montar, bastante resistente, el disenio esta genial, muy compacta, con un toque retro chic, me parece hasta decorativa!Le ha encantado a mi madre, que la queria para un ejercicio muy ligero, y tambien les ha gustado mucho a mis hermanos que la usan en modo sport para hacer ejercicio cardiovascular fuerte. O sea que tiene bastante latitud de resistencia :)Muy recomendada, creo que es la mejor opcion de este rango con una relacion calidad-precio muy alta. Como siempre la fabricacion alemana no decepciona :)
