I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with this that I had to share. The RENPHO Eyeris 1 Eye Massager with Heat is absolutely amazing. From the first use, I could tell this was something special. The gentle heat combined with the massage feels incredible on my eyes and around my temples. It melts away tension almost instantly and creates a deep sense of relaxation that I didn’t realize I was missing. If you have long days staring at screens or dealing with eye strain, this will become your go-to way to unwind. Ich habe mir die Brille bestellt, um nach langen PC-Arbeitstagen ein bisschen Entspannung zu haben. Dieses Modell war am besten bewertet. Scheinbar aber nicht sehr ehrlich, denn wer das entspannend findet...?!? Ich weiß ja auch nicht. Erstmal ist es mega laut. Ein Brummen, das selbst weniger lärmempfindlichen Menschen als mir wahrscheinlich unangenehm sein dürfte. Dann muss man jedes Mal ewig drücken, bis man einen Modus einstellen und die Musik ändern kann. Die Musik geht nicht abzustellen. Man kann auch nicht "nur Vibration" oder "nur Luft" einstellen, es ist immer die Hitze mit dabei (entgegen der Ansage! - ich weiß nicht, ob ich ein Montagsmodell hatte oder das bei allen so ist?! Sinnvoll ist es nicht). Aber der Retoure-Grund ist die "Massage", die einfach nur brutal neben den Augen im Schläfenbereich auf einen einhämmert. Wer dieses Gerät zur Linderung von Kopfschmerzen bestellt, wird danach wahrscheinlich erstmal flachliegen. Ich (ohne Kopfschmerzproblematik) hatte jedenfalls nach wenigen Sekunden (!) welche. Insgesamt einfach völlig am Sinn vorbei konstruiert. Schade!

This is a wonderful product when it works. But I already went through several of these because the heating function stops working. Can the product manufacturer please look into this? I really hate having to keep sending the product back and then buying a new one. This is the best product of its kind out there, if they could only fix the heating problem.

My eye doctor told me to do warm compresses on my eyes daily to help relieve my dry eye. He sold me a compress that I should simply heat in the microwave and apply to my eyes for 15 minutes. I don't know why... but it just seemed to be more than I could accomplish daily. When watching TV in the evening it seems to defeat the purpose to cover your eyes, and when going to bed it was inconvenient because the microwave was on a different floor. I bought an electric compress but it was useless, never heated to any temperature that felt warm... so I just didn't do it regularly. I've bought a few Renpho products and been very happy with all of them. The price is reasonable and they work! I noticed this eye mask on the Renpho site and thought I would try it out. It wasn't too expensive, and I know most Amazon items have a good return policy so if it didn't work I would make a point of returning it. Well it works great! The warmth is perfect. You can feel it is quite warm, but just short of being too warm. It stays warm for the entire compress period, which is more than I can say for the microwaved product. It also provides a nice massage with airfilled pads, sort of like my massage chair. The massage is quite firm, and might be offputting to some, but I find it a good pressure (I believe it's adjustable, but I've never adjusted because I like it as is). I keep it next to my bed, charge it daily, and use it every night as part of my going to sleep routine. I really love it.
