the size chart isn't very helpful. im after a size 10, would that come under small or medium?

Is it really puffy? Im looking for something that is very very puffy 😂

It is quite puffy but can be made even puffier by squishing it a lot before wearing it. It was excellent for a 50's tea dress I purchased - it made it look very authentic.

Where is this being shipped from. I need one quite urgently.

How many layers does this petticoat have?

The underskirt has 1 layer of "satin" which is next to the skin, then 2 layers of the net (which are in rows of 3 as pictured). Puffed up enough for me :)
