Size is good for hot drinks & it is sturdy to use

Its barely 220 ml if filled till rim.
Quality is good but its not 250ml i can tell. I use 200ml Amul milk and it almost reached rim. Max 220ml if filled to the neck/rim so im disappointed i cannot pour anything above 200ml or it will spill.
