Great replacement for our son’s factory stereo in his 2013 Hyundai Veloster. We found that he needed an adapter because he has a factory amp. We contacted the seller and the response was great! They had us send pictures off the back of the stereo so they could send us the correct adapter, no charge! Great unit and does everything we wanted!

Great customer service. Needed the canbus attachment to get the sound to be loud and they sent it free of charge. Quick response and the radio looks greats and sounds great. Excellent product .

Bought for my 2016 Veloster as the OEM touch screen was shot. Wasn’t able to get my radio out for a while, so RIP my hopes of returning when I found it to have no audio on install, and barely anything for instructions. Not sure why or how, but the unit basically bricked itself after attempting to power on, running some kind of diagnostic that would never end, and even decided to turn on when the vehicle was completely off. I’ve installed radios before, even have education with automotive wiring, but this product was nothing but manufactured e-waste. Customer service doesn’t exist, you’re on your own. Made for an expensive but satisfying frisbee at least!

I had this radio installed at a specialized workshop where it was identified that a CANbus was needed for full functionality. The customer service was very responsive and agreed to send the necessary CANbus, covering only the shipping costs. I am pleased with the support and the product's performance once fully operational.

This is by far the best aftermarket head unit for the money. It’s very responsive easy to use and fairly easy to install. Customer service was excellent! If you’re looking for a radio for your Hyundai Veloster This one is highly recommended by me !

It's actually a pretty cool product and something I have been wanting for a awhile. Keep in mind that if your car has an amplifier you may need a specific CANBUS to have it work completely (meaning steering wheel functions and sound). The company can provide it for you at no cost which is fantastic, just shoot them a quick message!

I don’t know why some people have said this product is easy to install and plug and play. It isn’t. First of all, you need to buy a separate canbus to get steering wheel controls to work. You also need to go into the factory settings (password is 8888) and select the OuDi 2011-16 veloster canbus setting. I couldn’t get the factory OEM backup camera to work, maybe there is a way to make it work but I couldn’t figure it out. The included backup camera requires taking out the taillight and splicing the reverse wire. The worst problem I had was the audio sounded terrible, even with the canbus in correctly. I figured out the speaker cables were wired completely incorrect for my car. I had to look up a wiring schematic for my car to find out the correct pin positions for the front and rear speakers. Look up “pinout guide veloster” to find it if you need it. I’ve finally got everything working after a week or two of figuring things out and working on it. It’s a good product once you get it working, but you should only get this if you have experience working on car electronics or are willing to figure everything out yourself.

i wish i could give this zero stars DO NOT BUY this. its simply a chinese piece of garbage. random cables and connectors that lead to nothing, randum cut exposed wires, started smoking from the canbus adapter anytime the car had power and couldn't find a single solution. came with absolutely ZERO instructions on how to do anything with the installation. this is a waste of money and time, go to crutchfield.com and get a carplay perfectly suited for ur exact model and with step by step instructions. i wasted three weeks trying to get this thing to work.
