Rasps have sharp, aggressive teeth and are properly hardened. Little handles seemed silly at first but after some use, turned out to be just what was needed. Nice little wallet for the whole set. Would recommend.

I love this set. The files were a little larger than I expected, but that isn't the seller's fault. They are still small enough to work well for touching up my resin castings. The quality seems good, and you really get a lot for the price. I would recommend this.
