Excellent value for money. A lot of servings for a cheap price and very good quality.

I use this product to make chicken glass noodle soup or add into hot pot. As I live too faraway from the city centre. Amazon order is best.

This is my 3rd order of the 10-pack of 250g. I have to say that the quality has deteriorated in the last 2 years. With my last batch order, everytime I cooked with it, they just disintegrated and split into several pieces so you lose the long strands that is expected in a noodle. The texture also gets very mushy. I know how to cook mung bean vermicelli and the thing to avoid is putting too much liquid in and to only cook it for a short period of time lest the noodles turn into a soggy mess. But despite every care being taken with the amount of broth ladled into it to cook, the noodles still fall apart after abt 3-5 mins of cooking. Unpleasant to eat due to the texture + the stir-fry noodles look like a dog’s dinner afterwards since they can’t hold their shape. So this is the last time I will be ordering this. I have found a better vermicelli at a local Lidl supermarket called Vitasia Glass Noodles, better quality and texture. Avoid this if you can.

Good quality but short use by date. Will purchase again.

I bought the item according to the picture but when they turn up the name of noodles are different and packages are different. They are fake.
