Highly Recommend
Excellent watch. App is very easy to use and easy to look back at previous workouts etc. Battery life lasts about a week or so and charging only takes about 2hrs. You can change the watch face to different layouts as shown in my photos. From there you can add in widgets such as: battery life, ECG, activity, weather, kals burned etc. I wear it to work and its taken a fair bit of knocking against metal and (touch wood) no scratches or anything. Wrist strap is comfortable. Cant text or call from phone but the watch receives all notifications and notifies you with a vibration

Very VERY good.
Best watch I've had by far. Does so much to list. Better and more accurate than samsung or garmin for me.

Good alternative to Garmin, Suunto and Coros
I bought this watch as a trial replacement for my Garmin Forerunner 255. For context, I have been with Garmin since 2021. I initially struggled to get used to the interface of the watch, but especially with the interface of the Polar Flow app. After using the watch for 10 days, i started to understand the Polar philosophy regarding the presentation of their stats. The app has a main page that presents you with key stats from the day, such as sleep, activity goal, lowest and highest HR readings, training load, etc. This is presented on a day to day basis. There are shortcomings to the app, but Polar had committed to revamping the app soon(ish), with no clear timeline given. The app experience is good, but not up to modern standards. It is difficult, for example, to find your HRV trends over time. Polar clearly had this info, as it is presented on the sleep screen on the watch, but nowhere to be (easily) found on the app. We will see what the app experience brings when Polar pushes that update out. Coming to the watch hardware, it is a beautiful watch. Screen is nice and bright and, although limited in options to customise, easy to navigate. The gps is 99% of the time accurate and on par with similar watches. The HR sensor is good in a lot of activities, such as running, hiking and walking, but may be hit or miss in gym settings(as all OHR sensors are). You can easily pair external sensors to thr watch. The navigaion is good, if a bit awkward: turn by turn navigation needs to be turned on by the user after loading a course, which is just steange to be honest. Compared to other companies, the presented stats following an activity are fine. It does not measure some stars like garmin does, such as ground contact time and stride lenghts, but what are you really going to do with this info as an amateur. Not much, i found. The recovery metrics are excellent and generally actionable. Sleep and recovery are presented well, with Boost from sleep being the one outlier that i have no use for really. This is a graph that shows how much projected energy you will have at different times of the day. I do wish polar allowed synchronisation with third party apps such as Coopah, Runna, adidas runtastic, kiprun, etc, to be able to load running training plans onto the watch. The polar training plans are based on HR, which i do not like. I wish Polar gave the option to train by pace following their training programme. This can be done by buying training plans from Training Peaks and then synchronised to the watch. You can also create training plans based on pace yourself using the Polar Flow website, which will then synchronise to the watch and followed during teaining sessions. In conclusion, this is a good watch. I initially wanted to send it back, but it grew on me as i realised that garmin was overwhelming me with useless information about my training. The recovery tools are excellent and the training tools are enough for now. Polar needs to redisign it's app for easier access to a the metrics it collects and open up it's platform a bit(stop acting like Apple with closed software) and let more third party training tools synchronise to the watch. I feel this would make polar a more desirable brand for consumers and would being more customers.

New??...no 2nd hand
I have been sent a watch that was patently not "new"...the watch was dirty, the charging cable was fifty and had clearly been used. Will be returning this asap...Updated...not only was it not a new item, it doesn't even work, it is stuck in a boot loop. Clearly, the watch had been returned by the 1st purchaser because it would not start and Amazon have then just sent it to me!! That's pretty poor by Amazon I'm afraid

Big improvement from Vantage V
Versus the Vantage V -- Faster CPU results in much better responsiveness -- Significantly longer battery time -- The OLED screen is much, much clearer and sharper to see -- Watch face configurability means its easier to access the data you're interested in -- Some great functionality improvements and tweaks, including in the just released version 3.0.16 -- More comfortable to wear and I much prefer the nylon loop strap Really pleased with the purchase. I can't compare to other brands, but this watch does everything I need in the gym and long distance walking. And its an good looking, relatively compact watch that I use 24x7.

Very light and smart design
It's really light, and I like the design. It has a lot of sport profiles and the straps feel as very good quality. I also bought the bike mount and it's amazing.

Happy with it. Ju t wish the H10 band would not be such a pain to connect and reconnect. The measurements are spot-on and matches the results of others. Great battery life.
