I recently picked up the FitBeast Hand Grip Strengthener Workout Kit, and I'm very pleased with it, giving it a strong 4.5/5. This kit is great and I specifically keep it at my desk at the office for a stressful day. The set includes five different tools (adjustable grip, finger exerciser, resistance band, etc.), offering a fantastic variety to hit every muscle in the hand and forearm. The adjustable grip is perfect for quick warm-ups or building consistent strength. I find the simple act of using the equipment during a phone call or between tasks is incredibly helpful for relieving stress and tension. A really good workout kit with plenty of useful grip training tools included. The adjustable hand grippers are comfortable to use and the different accessories make training more enjoyable. Me and my brother both liked using it and it feels great for improving grip and forearm strength at home.

Easy to use kit for wrist toughening

I will break this review down by item, in some the bad points very much outweigh the good. Handheld grip strength Good points: You can adjust the tension. It can count the reps. Comfortable to hold. Bad points: Adjusting the tension is like blind mans buff, you have no idea what tension you are setting it to and if you are working both hands, well good luck getting an even tension across the two. I would have preferred a display to show the tension setting to a rep counter. The tension is adjusted by turning the cap, you have to guess which direction and guess how far to turn it, there are literally no metrics at all. It can count the reps...well... Instead of providing a left and a right-hand grip, you get two right handed ones, which means you can't see the rep counter on the one you use in your left hand without bending your hand right back towards your arm. The reset is a knob at the bottom, instead of zeroing out, you have to click back ( or forwards) manually to zero a click at a time, every single time, its just stupid. It feels cheaply made. The O ring Good points: It's easy to use. it's not sticky. Nothing to adjust, just pick up and go. Bad points: There is only one included, you can only work one hand at a time. It is one size, so might not be useful to people with bigger hands. The Ball Good points: Its a ball Bad piints: It is tiny. It is sticky. It is too easy to squeeze. Whatever they made this from isn't fit for purpose. I binned it. The finger stretcher good points. It gives your tensor muscles a good workout. Bad points: There is only one included. The loops you put your fingertips into are one size and although it stretches a little I had difficulty getting it on, and the squishyness of the material makes it Tricky, you need to put each loop on one at a time on each finger tip because the tacky surface and soft flexible material means you can't slide it on. It's one size, so for people with smaller hands you get less of a workout because you will have more stretch before the resistance kicks in, equally if you have large hands, even if you can get the loops on your finger tips , you will end up with much more resistance. Having an adjustable connecting strap, I feel, would be far more useful. Overall its ok, an introduction to the concept of training your hand muscles, and it does come with a pouch to keep everything except the grips pair in. It isn't good enough , in my opinion, for true grip training or for medicinal purposes. I had bought this for my cousin who has early onset arthritis, and they use the grip psir and the O ring, and I also bought a proper adjustable finger stretcher as she couldn't get on with the one included in this set. overall I gave it 3 stars and I feel that is generous, given only 2 items were usable by the recipient.

It works well and adequate for the job at hand. The quality is what you’d expect for the price. Well packaged and very clear and informative booklet.

I started palate and hands are something you don’t work on, but use everyday, so instructor recommend something like this, I liked this pack as a variety of different ways, others got just one for the same price as this set, good value

Sehr gutes Set zu einem günstigen Preis erworben. Der Zähler in den Handpressen hakt manchmal, aber das stört mich nicht. Das Rückstellen des Zählers spare ich mir, da zu friemelig. Der Ball ist gut bei kalten Händen. Der Ring ist für mein Verständnis etwas zu klein. Wichtig war mir die einstellbare Handpresse und hier war noch eine zweite für meine Partnerin dabei.
