Where can i find the tools to install the wear seeve and gascket?

Seal installation tool comes with the kit. Loctite 660 retaining compound will secure the sleeve if it ends up being a non-interference (press) fit. A company with a generic installation video can be found on Youtube...they sell a nice sleeve-installation tool. Can't think of them right now, but they're easy to find. I will machine my own.

Which side does the rubber seal go? I’m guessing outside

Best thing to do is watch a YouTube video over it that’s what I did and the seal goes on the outside if I remember correctly
