Smooth, Firm, and Versatile
I recently tried the Snailax back massager and was impressed. The setup is easy; it uses Velcro straps to secure to almost any seat, it works just by leaning it against the couch too. Highlights: Massage Quality: The kneading motion is smooth and deep enough to be effective. Heat Function: Provides a soothing warmth that you can actually feel. Versatility: Fits dining chairs, office chairs, or use it on your sofa without the strap. Overall, it’s a high-quality product that does exactly what it promises. Highly recommended for anyone needing heat-integrated relief.

Great massager for your whole back!
This back massager is great! It doesn't grind into my bones like other back massagers do but it still massages deep enough to relieve my lower back pain with different heat, speed, and intensity settings. It's also nice and small for easy storing. The strap in the back makes it easy to move up and down kna. Chair so it can massage different parts of the back too!

Used correctly, can help a ton!
If used the correct way, it can definitely help with back pain. As the product notes, the massage can be intense. The only con for me is the cover flap. it moves about, inconveniently. just not a fan of that. other than that, i enjoy the pressure and the heat.

Excellent and versatile massager!
I bought this to help with deep tissue massage, mostly on my back and shoulders but also potentially for my feet (though I also have a foot massager on order to see if that helps more specifically). It's very comfortable and I love the shiatsu balls!! You can change the rotational pattern of the shiatsu balls depending on what is more comfortable for you, as well as turn off or on heat, vibration, and the intensity of the massage itself. I used this for 30 minutes and already my lower back feels so much better!! I'm currently writing this while I try it for my feet, and the shiatsu balls are doing a wonderful job on my plantar fasciitis (I usually use a lacrosse ball and manually roll it under my foot, so this is really nice to have an alternative that uses less of my energy). I saw another review mention that they used this massager for lots of different parts of their body which is what gave me the idea that it could double as a foot massager for me! I love that this can be a multitasker, as I don't have a lot of space and don't want to have to store a bunch of different tools if one tool does the job for multiple jobs! I also love that there is a removable flap so that I can easily wash and clean the part of the massager that touches your body! That's the problems I have with a different massager is that it isn't washable and after a while skin oils are just going to get into the fabric which makes it discolored and kind of gross. I also like the side pocket to hold the remote for changing your settings. My favorite setting is definitely red of heat, yellow for massage and shiatsu rotation, and red for intensity. The vibration can also be more of a pulse but I like the more constant vibration. I think this is a nice looking massager, and I plan on keeping it on my living room sofa so I can easily massage anytime. This unit does have to be plugged in to work, so it's less portable than battery operated units but it's also not super heavy or unwieldy so I don't mind it having to be plugged in. Most of my home massage tools require a plug anyway 😂 I definitely recommend this if you also have chronic pain and need deep tissue massage! Now my husband doesn't have to be home to help massage my back, and I have more control over my pain management and care! 🥰🙏💕

Works well when it's on, but problem elsewise :(
First, I think it's important to take into consideration the type of chair you have. I paid good money for a ergo chair since my job as a dev is sitting all day in front of a computer. This chair has back support that pops out to align with the curve of your back when you sit. This becomes an issue with this product because I can't make it sit flush to the back like you can with just flat back chairs. So, essentially I'm constantly re-sitting the massager because anytime I leave the chair and come back it's half way off the chair. Also, whenever I scoot forward, my butt carries the bottom part with me. If I had a flat back chair, then I would've tied it down so it doesn't go out of place whenever I scoot forward, but it's difficult to do on my chair. This isn't a direct issue with the product and more so an oversight on my part, so I'm not deducting any stars for this issue. With that said, I got 2 problems with the product that each cost a star. 1. The timer... Max is 15 minutes. IDK if there's some health reason like it's not recommended to keep it massaging your back for more than that, or just an auto timer shut off so energy efficiency? I don't like having to keep turning it back on every 15 minutes. Kind of simple as that. 2. Other reviews have mentioned this, it's uncomfortable when it's off. This kind of continues with issue 1. It's really not a struggle to turn it back on every 15 minutes. However, when my full attention is on my code, 9/10 I don't even remember it turning off. The problem is how I KNOW it's off. After some time, my back just starts getting uncomfortable. That's when I realize the thing timed out and that ball massager is just dead center stabbing me in the back. The timer thing wouldn't be so much of a problem if I don't realize at all that it was off. It's because the back stabbing that I realize it's off and why 15 minutes is too dang short. Other than that, as the title suggests, it's nice when it's on. At first it's uncomfortable, but you get used to it. It could be cuz my back is so stressed and after a while it relaxes, so it no longer hurts to use it. In that regards, that's very person to person and I think you should use it several times to see if it's something your back will get used to. The vibrating bottom is surprisingly nice. The use of device is simple, just a few buttons to click. Power cable is long enough to not get caught on something, in my daily use at least (plug is right under desk). It does the job and does it well enough for the price that I have no objections to it (when it's on...). Unfortunately, when it's not in use I have to take it off the chair (so I don't get back stabbed) and it's not like it's a small piece you can just put aside. If you keep it plugged in, for ease of access, then you have to set it aside on the floor next to your desk or something and to me it's just in the way. If I put it away in a shelf or something, then I have to go under my desk to unplug and likewise when I want to use it. It's just added inconvenience from using it and not using it that I've decided to return it.

Back and neck shiatsu
This is a great shiatsu. You can use it on back and neck. I like that the balls don't move on this because you can choose where to massage. The balls have little grooves on them which feels extra good. It also heats.

Relax Your Back!
The unit is compact and lightweight. It provides a firm lower back massage and nice heat distribution to relax muscles. Can also use the unit as a convenient back support source in front of bed pillows when sitting up in bed.

Very versatile massager you can use all over
This is a great Little massager It looks good and is really well made It has 3 speeds for shiatsu and reverse direction, 3 vibration patterns and 3 levels of heat. Most importantly, all can be used independently or in any combination, which I love as I've had massagers that wouldn't give you heat unless you have the massage on at the same time and sometimes you just want heat, or you might want just vibration if your muscles are too sore for shiatsu. You are in complete control with this one. It also has a pad that flips over it to reduce the pressure when you are too sore and want a gentle massage, which I love because sometimes shiatsu massagers are just too painful, this is a really simple, low tech fix for that and it really works. Very versatile because it's small, light weight and very easy to handle to move it around to whatever part of the body you want to use it on. I love it on my legs as none of my other massagers are for leg muscles , I've even used it on my feet and it feels great. The only thing this massager doesn't do well for me is my neck, but i have spent years looking for a massager that is good for my neck and tops of my shoulders, none of them seem to be good for that area, even the chairs that cost thousands of dollars so I'd be surprised if this did, (I have finally found one that does, you can check out my other reviews if that is what you are looking for ) but if you want a small, versatile massager that you can easily use all over I highly recommend this one. Full disclosure, I was asked to review this massager for a refund and I agreed only because I have bought lots of massagers and am always looking for a better one, if this didn't work well I would not want to keep it ( and add it to the pile of less than helpful massagers I already have) let alone give it an undeserved review, I am genuinely happy I have discovered this one, it will get lots of use.

GL Masseur
Siège masseur très efficace. La chaleur est bien positionné, les possibilités d'ajustement du massage sont très bien pensées. J'utilise chaque jour depuis l'achat et je suis très content du résultat donné par le masseur de dos

Completely false advertising
Instead of shiatsu massager as depicted and described, a low quality vibrating sound thin heating pad was sent.
